再现黑洞，虫洞等，一些太空的场景拍的动人心魄。不过故事本身比较弱，人物基本上
都比较招人烦，我最厌烦的是电影歌颂父女之情，甚至可以穿越时空，可是拜托，男主
还有个儿子的吧，偏心偏到黑洞里去啦，那何必放这个酱油瓶在那里呢？当妈的表示不
能忍。
不过我要说的不是这个，是里面的诗。

的一首，貌似是他的代表作，的确，原诗极好，充满哲理，激情和力量，其实老教授读
的时候现在回想，似乎有点 "gentle" 了：）
下面是我的翻译，我参考了巫宁坤的版本，不过觉得韵压的比他好。原诗一半的魅
力在抑扬顿挫的声韵中。几个地方在翻译的时候做了取舍和变通为了照顾声韵，比如
good night的 good 就很可惜的放弃了, dark is right 的 right, 和 be gay。谁有
好的建议，希望告诉我。

风格不像后者那样彻底改变美国诗坛，乃至modern poetry的局面，诗歌史上他似乎更
以转承著名 --- 或者说DT并不拘束于某种特点鲜明的风格和技巧，肖似稍早于他的法
国画家Manet，Manet为印象派诸君先声，又不拘于印象派。
言归正传，这首诗第一次读，不知道是否是他代表作，不过确实撑的起门面，读罢赞叹
不一！相比之下，贵翻译、包括楼里另一位先生的翻译，我觉得十不存一。。。
你楼下shot观点，DT"涌动咆哮"，我也有同感。多啰嗦几句，DT这首小诗给我grand
canyon 的印象，非常美国 --- 沉静庄严又涌动似万顷波涛，动人心弦；也教我不得不
赞叹god bless america，呵呵。

传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！
我一直觉得那个SF黄金时期的创作高峰,后来者很难翻越……

I, for one, think:
* This book is light years away from "Design Pattern", in sense of originality
and creativity
* Many "patterns" are just standard feature of J2EE. It's more like a
explanation of standard feature rather than some real insightful thoughts. If
J2EE specification gets modified because of this book, I would take back my
words. But I seriously doubt that.

magazines. Magazines compare CTS to 5 series for the money of a 3 series.
And in reality while CTS is a turning point for Caddy, it is still in a
league 1 or 2 levels below BMW. I test drove 2 about 3 year used CTS,
interior wore off pretty bad and rattles/squeaks all around. Oh and that GM
tranmsission whine at low speed. |
