我的agent说一般银行都会附上这一条，我不知道是不是这样？（第一次bid REO，没经
验~~）
查了county的估价，现在是32万，realestate上给的范围是27-36万，zillow上给的是
33万（我一直不太相信zillow的）。
感觉银行有点强硬，貌似不接受就选下一个offer，agent说这房子肯定估价肯定不低，
我们怕太菜了，被忽悠~~~ |

realestate cases in NYS. But here is the disclosure, he's also my cousin. So
take what I said with a grain of salt and see for yourself. I have
personally used him twice for buying before (I paid his regular rate, no
relative discount) and was very happy.

发帖数: 169 | 41 我们最近也遇到这种情况。你那个叫buyer’s attorney，银行那个叫lender’s
attorney，两个人工作基本是重合的。但如果做no point no closing cost的贷款，
lender若指定律师是必须用的，因为title等都和那个律师连在一起，不用就拿不到优
惠。在这种情况下，buyer’s agent就是多双眼睛，再帮着看看文件什么的，用的话自
己再多付五六百。最后我们就没用，直接就和lender’s attorney打交道。

把国内那一套拿过来，不过当他们意识到之后，估计就是房市崩溃的时候。
举个例子，一个中国富豪两年前在加洲买了百万豪宅，现在想卖掉，但是想cover
realestate agent ,地税的费用之后有点利润，现在还是卖不掉，如果考虑地税还有装
修其他的费用，都是亏的，
见过几个这样子的国内来买房的人，他们拿北京上海的房子价钱和这边的比，说这边房
子便宜，我觉得他们应该拿中国的好区和美国这边的好区比，感觉他们也聪明不了多少。 |
