解释：我们申请的时候明显把我们H1B和H4批准的I-797表格都附上了，时间是2011年12
月，不知道他们为什么会有这样的拒绝理由，或许他们根本就不知道H4和F2的区别。
2， 提供的本州地址必须是要常住，或者无限期住才能算是本州地址：
解释：我们在本州生活已经快五年了，我们的工资水平还不够在本州买房，我们提供的
我们租住的小区lease office出具的证明，证明在过去三年，我们一直在同一个小区居
住，只是从不同的apartment换到另外一个apartment。
3， 即不是公民，也不是绿卡，没有办法rebut presumption

案》通过之后，美国政府取消了庇护身份每年只有
10000个绿卡的指标的限制，很多庇护身份的人在等了多年之后终于获得绿卡。这些人
在背井离乡多年之后，手持这张通过庇护获得绿卡，心头萦绕的是同一个问题，我能不
能回国？
1. 庇护申请人回国的问题
政治庇护申请人能否回国，要分三个方面来看。
首先，在政治庇护申请尚未通过之前，申请人不得离开美国。如果离开美国，会被
视为自动放弃庇护申请。也就是说，在等待审理期间，不要擅自离开。如果有紧急的事
情，可向移民局申请所谓ADVANCE PAROLE，也就是旅行文件。但如果凭旅行文件回到祖
国，也就是申请人宣称会迫害自己的国家，移民局会认为申请人自动放弃申请，除非申

我就觉得美国哪个州的法律会这么扯淡带了绿帽还要替野种负责。
人家法律是presumption结婚的是父亲。 但是presumption 总是可以rebutable.
你的都已经测DNA说了不是父亲了，这个presumption 就已经不成立了。
你还赖绿帽法官要负责， 这个案子根本是不可能成立的。
你说你生下孩子，是因为那个绿帽答应你要一起抚养的。
这个合同没有书面， Statute of fraud 一般就不认这合同。
即使你这合同有书面的，法官一点好处也没用， 合同也是不成立的。
如果说你是reliable 合同，才生下这孩子， 现在孩子送走了，不是正合你意吗? |

一点就是政府要给人民一定的经济保障，换句话说就是要给人民发现金。因为人只有在
解除了温饱的后顾之忧之后才能够解放头脑进行更有价值的活动。当然了他的什么国家

个左派媒体给我放出来了。引起了一个白人的反攻，其中我案件包含的关于“中国人总
是声称自己古代的发明创造”一说，这个白人说，中国人就是这样，声称古代发明创造
了一切。我让他举出例子来，他说最好的例子是比如中国人声称自己的探险家最早发现

其实经济总量就是每个人的衣食住行，中国除了汽油烧得少点，其他完胜美国。体量太

发帖数: 1 | 49 最近因为特殊原因要去考一个雅思，去了三番的高点。结果乌央央一片全是阿三。大概
有200多个考生吧，170个左右是阿三或者伊朗人可能。我就好奇了美国为什么这么多阿
三要考雅思？有没有板上的高人指点一下？
结果常规被阿三坑，很多年前我还在国内时候考雅思就口语6.5了，结果这么多年生活
在这边，其它都基本满分了，口语还是给了我6.5。当然我确实没准备裸考的，但是平
常口语说实话我觉得不可能是这个分数，毕竟这么多年了也从来没人说过我口语有问题
，口音自然还是有一点，但是瞎扯淡是常事并不觉得有什么问题。我就好奇那一堆乌央
央的阿三都是什么分数，不少还似乎拿着小本子背来背去。
考官里面也很多阿三，我被分到一个白皮，一直好像跟我聊得很开心很赞同我的的样子
，没想到转眼就给了个6.5。果然是白皮日常虚伪嘴脸。
觉得分数不公平，写一封邮件去rebutal，发现给我发成绩的人叫Abhinav，发完邮件自
动回复的署名叫Shabnam。阿三真是无处不在。 |
