个厘米)割开。 然后看到rectus abdominus muscles,两个医生一人站在一边,非常非
常非常用力的把两边muscles摆开(和拔河差不多),之后再用刀把原来完好的子宫割
开大概20厘米。把小孩拉出来后,就一层一层的缝回去。皮肤的伤口不说,其实是里面

保持背部贴紧地面。crunch 主要是用到 rectus abodominis 和一些 obliques.
crunch 的益处在于提高了腹部肌肉的力量和耐力,有助于提高对脊柱的支撑,同时保
持了脊柱的活动范围(range of motion).
对于每天坐着工作的,问题是腹肌太弱,腰部的肌肉(erector spinae muscles)太紧
张, 引起脊柱变形,需要crunch来帮助矫正姿势。
从运动解剖和运动机能上讲,脊柱的活动范围(range of motion)主要是受到连接的
肌肉限制的。所以说crunch会压迫到脊柱根本就是无稽之谈。

发现Crossramp是个好东西,个人的体会是比Treadmill好,有如下几个事实:
1:跑Crossramp后,无论跑多久,膝盖不会痛,所以就不担心老了膝盖出问题。
2:跑Crossramp,感觉对心脏的训练强度,根本不比Treadmill差,同样时间里显示板
上烧的Calories还多,当然这个数字是有保留的,但身体感觉还是有说服力的。
3:跑Crossramp,大小腿四个部分的肌肉都锻炼到了,可以代替一些LEG Extension的
机械运动,节省时间
4:跑Crossramp完之后,感到还有很多余力进行器械运动。
像刚才,setup crossram 20, resistence10的情况下,跑一个小时,6.8Miles,显示
消耗790Calories,然后我接下来做了半个小时机械,包括abdominal,abdominal
curl, rectus abdominis,chin up, pec fly, chest press, 每个五组,每组十个,

6-Tensor Fascia Late (TFL hip flexor 25%)

最深的是transverse abdominus,顾名思义,是完全横向肌肉
然后是两个斜向external oblique, internal oblique
最外层,是我们俗话说的6 pack--rectus abdominus
如果做仰卧起坐,整个一个大肌肉群,都在动,每个肌肉的受力非常有限。
除非你做1千个,,,,每天做个100-200个,起影响可以忽略不计。。。
所以我个人一直提倡要做一些,设计好的,能单块练腹部肌肉的组合。
比如8 min abs(如果没有基础),最近发现郑多燕的垫上运动设计的也很好 |
