红色的框的范围是这处房子的私人领地范围么？

但是对比redfin上的每个房屋信息下方附带的Community Information ----
Demographics----earthquake risk，发现和上者的信息并不一致，比如，离开90公路
远的地方反而比近的地方风险值高。
不知道这两个信息来源该信哪一个？

帮我把关的时候有些房子当年的历史都被她挖出来了，
而且他们网站做的也不错，有track有reminder，
最后砍价啊也很帮忙，做贷款我是另外做的，跟她们一点关系没有，
loaner会联系他们提供些材料而已。
基本上Rebate了1.5%不到一点，而且从来不educate我，这是我最烦中国人agent的一点。
也不pushy，反正我和我老婆都感觉挺好的。

今天一个case, redfin agent用e-sign, lender要求用手签, agent嫌重签太麻烦.结果
buyer只能用retail bank, 否则如果做同样的rate, buyer可以拿几千大刀rebate.

.好处:
1) 网站信息详尽,更新快;
2) Work with a team not just one agent. 一点不pushy;
3) 我用过的agent很友好,有问必答,同卖方的交涉也很负责,turnaround很快;
4) 我用过的agent推荐的律师也很好, 帮我把关合同,交涉inspection发现的问题都很
尽责;
5) Rebate明文规定,worry free. Closing后一星期收到Rebate check.
只是个人经验, YMMV. |

they don't treat you well, they will not get that, only the salary, which I
don't think it's high. So go with RedFin. My friend bought a 1.4million

自己花时间在REDFIN或者其他网站去看房子，他们不会帮你找房子信息。你觉得哪个好

然后再具在一起讨论，觉得哪里好哪里不好。觉得他们给了很多中肯的建议，从里到外
，到周围的环境。对小孩是否安全，学区如何。个人经历很不错。CLOSING当天也一直
陪到最后。 |
