房屋闲置现象在每个国家都存在，但是，世界各国法律对这种现象的容忍度却是截然不
同的。而目前，欧洲国家正在向闲置房开战，据报道，这些国家所采取的措施千奇百怪
，但万变不离其宗：
在荷兰，法律规定，如果一套住房空置一年以上，“不速之客”就可以入住，除非空置
房业主能够证明其住房的闲置时间还未超过12个月，他就必须在政府的协调下无偿提供
这些住房;在瑞典，政府甚至直接将无人居住的住房推倒;在德国，业主必须使空房得到
重新利用，在房屋闲置率超过10%的市镇，当地政府还会推倒那些无法出租的住房;在法

因为自己划蛇添脚，把以前经常坐长途飞机时用的气枕垫在后腰，效果适得其反，连平
地过弯都觉得腰肌受损，拿掉后感觉好多了：

这样的话其长途适用性可以算作中上。EX35的操控还是很不错的（用了double
wishbone?),加速也不错，另外非常可靠，除了车刚买的时候adaptive cruise

发帖数: 13752 | 28 楼主试驾的是V6的durango吧，那个用的是Quadra-Trac I四驱系统，
没有4Lo锁。它是全时四驱，但限滑是on-demand的，需要电子系统检
测到单个轮子打滑后才锁紧clutch来限滑。

刚收到朋友forward的邮件，他家（拜耳）regulatory affairs部门暑期在新泽西跟北
京貌似同时要招实习生，新泽西大概招4名，北京大概招3名。Application deadline是
一月底。北京的office要求是中国公民。貌似接受无经验(但最好略懂）的申请者。博
士优先。据朋友说往年最后录取者貌似中国人不少。实习的薪水方面，美国的薪水大概
在33-36刀每小时。有机会（但据说很不容易）在实习后拿到全职offer（朋友没拿到但
同批有人拿到）,base在80000-95000刀之间，年底双薪。所以第一年大概package在

Staples.com. Tried clearing DNS, multiple computers from multiple networks,
pinging the URL and manually entering the IP into my browser.
NONE of the above worked, I believe these guys are in the scamming game now.

usairways的时候，告诉我无法handle transaction。这时候paypal已经显示交易
pending。打了一圈电话，都是互相推来推去，要对方确认。有经验的TX来说说这种所
谓的确认究竟要多长啊？不然的话交易过期了的话，再买机票都涨价了。 |
