……近日，一个名为“Struts 2”的安全漏洞不仅让众多知名网站陷入安全危机，也
让金山安全中心、瑞星网际网路攻防实验室、360网际网路安全中心等信息安全防护机
构同时拉响了红色警报。
什么是Struts 2？据《南方日报》报道，这是多个存在于网站应用框架Struts中
的底层软件漏洞，这个漏洞影响力很大却偏偏利用难度低，利用该漏洞，“菜鸟”也可
以使用攻击工具直接控制网站服务器，盗取用户数据库，获取网站注册用户的账号密码
和个人资料。也正是因此，“Struts 2”被网际网路安全领域人士看作是“网际网路
历史上又一重大安全危机”。

这位共和党议员的Tax Proposal才是有利于穷人和富人，却加重中产阶级的负担。
极右党只注意了17%税率，以为低收入的也是17%， 却没注意下面那些exemption.
这个提议的exemption 比目前提供的很多。一个四口之家，这些减免按照这个提案可以
达到$41000,也就是收入的四万一不用交税。而极右党整天嘲讽的47%低收入穷人大部分
上就是这个四万一或不到。 在这个新税率下，仍然不用交税。
而那些家庭收入四万多到10万之间的，按目前的税率，扣掉deductible和Expemption，
税率是10%-15%， 而在这个新税案下，税率会上升到17%。
不要以为只有年收入二三十万的码工或油工才是中产阶级。其实这4万多到10万的人收
入才是美国收入中间的那部分人，他们才是中产阶级的主流。
