MUST HAVE PRE-SHOT ROUTINE,
grip pressure and arms 都比较松,
rehearse 几个HALF SWING 确定最稳定和舒服发力的STANCE,
再 rehearse 几下MINI SWING 和ONE PIECE TAKEAWAY
SWING THOUGHT 是：
就象是导弹发射， 您先给它算好发射轨道，利用短期身体记忆帮助CLUB FACE 可以按
预定SWING PATH ＆ PLANE HIT THROUGH THE BALL(finally start to have some
feeling of swing plane)。
一旦PULL TRIGGER， 就只有那种LET IT GO LOOSE， 让TEMPO 和RHYTHM TAKA OVER ...
我以前GRIP PRESSURE 和 ARM TENDS TO BE TENSE。 好象总是想在DOWN SWING 的过程
中MANIPULATE， WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE。

他们应该有很有效的方法 保持driver/wood 的偏差在可打的范围内。
我也是长干稳定不行。 打或练习不多的情况下， 我只有靠慢速度的rehearsal swing
来 visualize 球起飞的路线.
然后问题转化成如何保证rehearsal =~ actual swing.
对我来说， tend to swing fast, 我发现我保持较高的body tension， 确保shoulder
turn 在back swing 中到位 （get into right position)有一定的效果。
下身和foot work 的稳定性最重要， 因为底盘（从而 axis) 不稳定带来的误差太大了
..。
也许我的driver 难打也是一个原因。 手感不好的设备也不利于保持好的挥杆动作， 我当时单纯从
距离考虑， 弄了一 8.5 度 driver r9 460， 结果难打一些。 在店面， 手感好的driver 多
的是。

。2/3的时间练习easy swing, 准确度。
最近又来了long drive的念头。去练习场格外发力, 打的直的时候还是很远， 估计290
-300多。 slice 20码的时候carry都有260， 5铁很高飞行路线都有195的carry。很长
一段时间满足270左右的max drive. 没想进一步提高了。估计290-310的drive 还是有
潜力可挖。
主要transition 要明确。impact 时发力方式要明确， 全身协同发力将lagged arm
club unit 在击球前一刹那拉直。preshot rehearse 明确一下impact时身体架子的大
致位置和全身发力的感觉和timing. 明确的意图是击球准是击球远的保障。 我一直不
够consistent, 球道宽的时候可以试试这种overdrive gear。觉得还是warm up 和
rehearse 建立的短期muscle memory 管用。90-100 左右的球手long term muscle

上周六的10k race变成了marathon dress rehearsal @6:46。
周日跑了最后一个long run，16.9迈，从8:32(HR116)慢慢加速到7:05(HR150)。
剩下两周有13 mi with 9mi@MP，3x1600m@10k pace，13mi MLR，以及最后一个dress
rehearsal，其它都是easy run了。周里程会是peak的60%和40%。
这几天已经开始研究course了。起跑后的0.6迈是个-4.3%的下坡，计划把速度控制在7:
10+，那应该会是easy run的感觉吧？ |

根据子女教育中“羊妈”与“虎妈”的概念，我所在跑步俱乐部蓝绿队的主教练Mike就
是“羊教练”，而ATP队的主教练Mark就是“虎教练”。这两位教练都是有各自专业的
专业人士，跑步只是他们的爱好而已；他们都是非常热心和友好的人，义务为跑步爱好
者提供训练指导。这两位主教练都曾经跑过波士顿马拉松（波马），有多年的跑马拉松
经历。对我即将参加的波马，羊教练Mike的嘱咐是“相信你的训练”、“不管成绩如何
，尽力了，就是好”。听他说得最多的是“have fun”、“enjoy the experience”。
而虎教练Mark嘱咐得最多的是“PR”、“PR”、“PR”（注：个人最好成绩）。
我对这两位主教练都心存感激，只是更喜欢羊教练Mike的训练计划和指导方法。在过去
1年多里参加Mike主领的蓝绿队训练时，除了旅行、出差、或特殊天气状况，我基本上
是不缺勤，并且喜欢与大家一起训练。而在过去2个月左右参加虎教练Mark主领的ATP队
训练时，我寻找多种理由和借口，多次缺席。蓝绿队在1月份的休斯顿马拉松结束后就

最后一场婚礼，这场婚礼是有史以来最惊险的一场，也是最有意思的一场。
话说这对新人是我遇到最好说话的新人。新娘从问价到签约，都是网上进行的。签约前
我还反复问她要不要见一次，她说她和新郎在两地，见面也只能见她自己，但是相信我
的portfolio,于是就签了。婚礼前两周，我也只是和他们视频了一次。一直到
rehearsal那天晚上才真正见到本人。新郎是犹太人，在哈佛读博后，新娘是印度人，
在UCLA认识的。一个犹太教，一个是基督徒，一个180以上吧，一个150左右，无论肤色
身高家庭背景都相差很大。
他们的婚礼地点在Natural History Museum of LA County, 以恐龙化石著名，还有各
种动物标本什么的。Ceremony订在museum的rotunda，reception在mammal hall.
Rehearsal那天晚上我带着5D2去测光，发现环境光非常暗，尤其是mammal hall, 没有
射灯的地方甚至有可能对不上焦 。和博物馆的管理员沟通之后发现，他们的供电和供

这个是在婚礼前一个月左右举行,必须由未来婆家筹办,婆家的女眷都会应邀出席,主要
是一顿午饭,出席的女眷会带上礼物,送给准新娘.
这个shower的主要作用是让准新娘和未来婆家的女人们见面,大家互相认识一下,毕竟大
家以后都是一家人了.
这里说个小细节,由于我未来婆婆家那边很早年就移民到美国了,他们的作风已经很西化
了,对于西方文化很了解,所以我的婚礼是西式的.
Bridal Shower上除了我收了一大堆礼物外,我还收到我rehearsal上会用到的bouquet.
我未来婆婆说这是传统,这个bouquet是我未来婆婆亲手做的,用的材料是包装礼物的假
花和包装带.我未来婆婆当时坐在我旁边,我拆了礼物,包装带和假花她都收集起来,我一
开始以为她大概收集好了一起丢掉,结果她在我旁边捣鼓了大半天,把那堆东西捣鼓成了
一bouquet,她给我,叫我收好,rehearsal那天就用这个假的bouquet,这个是好的,是风俗
习惯.
感谢我未来婆婆,教会了我很多东西,还在我婚礼筹备中间帮了很多忙. |

上午给活动定餐的时候，我们一直拿不准会有多少人来。毕竟沃顿是"商"学院，又马上
面临考试了。 从我们事前作的宣传反馈来看，我们估计会又40人到60人。
整个准备工作经历了3个星期，13人志愿者。因为充分考虑到目标听众的特殊性----一
个智商高，逻辑思维能力强的群体，我们做了大量的历史研究，经过17个版本的修改，
两次rehearsal, 今天终于粉墨登场了。
我们的主题是支持奥运，反对暴力，反歧视。
我们的目标是，当他们走出教室时,脑子里会对自己理所当然的认为的"Free Tibet"产
生一个问号。
