发帖数: 1 | 1 我在去年年底想要把I20延长一个学期到今年5月,但是提交到学校的时候晚了2天,于是
申请了reinstatement (I-539),把I-20延长到今年5月. 之后这个reinstatement一直
pending,直到7月下旬才approval, 我在7月初申请了OPT,但是没有OPT I20,因为之前的
reinstatement没有approval.
上个月收到了USCIS的RFE,找学校的DSO开了OPT I20,也reactive了SEVIS record,把材
料寄回去了.但是他们也说不能保证被approve,因为不是在申请之前开的I20(因为
reinstatement没有approval开不出)
现在还在review阶段,如果OPT被拒了那么有什么办法么?找地方转CPT?能够重开case么?

她说IID，要reinstate 驾照，才开始计算。 所以，我要现在付125$,驾照才算
reinstate，才开始计算5个月的IID的安装时期。就算我10年不拿加州驾照，那么10年
之后再交125美元，那么5个月的IID还是不免。
她一再说，DMV 要给我一个driving license with IID restriction. 我说我的DMV不
给，她说，打电话complain。
她说，我如果没车，就要给我一个license，有车，就要安装IID再给。
我说DMV不给，侵犯了我的权利。我也许下个月，遇到一个人，和她是朋友，她的车子
有IID，那么我就可以开。那么，你不给我license，我就没法开。然后，我在
reinstate 5个月内，是可以开有IID的车子的。 她说，这reasonable。
她之后还和她的director confirm。

收神医3笔billpay到3个卡上，由于神医账户余额不足，导致一张新开的amex卡
的payment failed，然后amex就关了我3个账户，求情多次未果。新卡的开卡bonus没
post出来就被关卡，鸡打蛋飞。现在神医表示愿意cover refused payment的罚款，但

了，epg不能charge我的月费。 打电话给EPG,开始很nice的说membership被cancel掉了

问题是，那个人说要reinstate可能会很慢，可能take month(s)，问题是我还有20多天

彻底被USCIS气晕了，尤其是当那个印度女操着那口印度腔跟老子说这个不管他们的事

reinstate我曾经查过，条件比较苛刻，耗时也长，前提是你自己没有明显过错，并且
不曾违反过移民法。lz的case他自己是有过失的，reinstate未必学校会支持，USCIS也
很可能不批准。而且他已经持有了半年的OPT，不管是挂名还是啥的都肯定是有工作记
录。在没有满足毕业许可的情况下用OPT并工作就是违法，加上未完成学业就leave
department, 也是不符合移民法对full-time student要求的。reinstate可能直接被拒。 |

能在也可能不在。有一种情况下，你H1B生效的时候，你作为F1学生正好在一个学期中
（一般fall 都8月开学），这种情况下即便H1B Approved，但是Change of status 会
直到学期结束才发生。（信息来源ITU的International Coordinator)。因为COS没发生
，你理论上无法上班，那么你transfer却拿不出PAYCHECK不会有影响。
1）问前公司要I797 APPROVED NOTICE，必须要。
2）-A: 如果很不幸你的F1 status is terminated，那么你的H1B已经开始了，必须立
即开始恢复你的F1身份，联系DSO，你现在SEVIS状态如果已经停了，很可能需要申请
reinstatement。情形和H1B-->被雷-->转回F1一样。这种情况下你很可能需要向USCIS

reinstatement这条路行不通吧。你的主要问题是申请转校的时候你之前的F1已经失效
了，所以无从transfer，也无从reinstate.
另外你原来学校根据法律在你的要求下必须release你的SEVIS record，你说的他们不
愿意release，可能只是因为他们已经把你从系统里面terminate了，就没有release的

较特别所以不确定能否Reinstate~~当然F身份是肯定回不去了~~
对于EAD如果使用了通常都是因为已经没有其他有效工作签证可用了所以也就不存在

可以绿卡进入美国，当然也可以美国护照进入美国。
但是即使持AP卡入境，如果没有reinstate H1B，又没有使用EAD卡，在雇主那里，记录
的还是H1B吧？ 你还是以H1B身份给雇主工作。 其实这时候你是AOS，但是有没有使用
EAD卡。 这好像是一个灰色地带。 按道理应该立刻reinstate H1B身份啊。
好奇的是有多少人入境后reinstate H1B了？ 我想版上大多数人没有这样做吧？

I did a quick search on SR22, TxDPS website states:
To reinstate a driver license an individual must:
Pay the required reinstatement fee prior to the issuance of the driver
license, and
Submit an SR-22 to DPS.

So I'm not sure you can avoid the fee for getting your DL reinstated. Just

星期六半夜司法部代表白宮向第九巡迴法院的上訴法庭提出上訴，這上訴裡包含了兩部
份：一個是上訴本身，也就是請求撤銷（還是發回更審？）原來西雅圖法院的判決；第
二是一個緊急申請，DOJ 希望在上訴法庭做出最後判決之前，因為國家安全事關重大，
希望能夠先恢復執行 Muslim Ban。
上訴法庭在星期天凌晨駁回了第二部分的緊急申請，也就是說在最後判決之前，仍然不
得執行 Muslim Ban，好像法官並未解釋駁回的原因。同時，法官要求原告在星期日 11
:59PM 之前向法庭提出意見書，被告則應在星期一下午三點前提出意見書．然後法官會
根據雙方意見進行裁決。
所以上訴還沒完全結束，只是第一階段白宮輸了一籌。

挺友好，跟我说：I'll give you a warning ticket. 我在罚单上也没有看到要罚多少
钱，所以一直以为这件事就这样结束了。
昨天竟然收到一封信说我因为没有及时交罚款所以我的驾照已经 under withdrawal,30
天之内如果不走reinstatment procedure的话就会suspend我的驾照。
问题就是reinstatement 要求必须本人亲自到场，我现在在外州实习，实在不能请假影
响工作。不知道如果本州驾照就这样被吊销的话，会有什么影响？比如绿卡申请？外州
驾照申请？ |

mileage menu.
For each mile cost $0.0125, and $25 transaction fee. It is one time thing,
if you don't reinstate all your expired miles, the remaining miles would be
forfeited, you will lose them.
It is cheaper than transfering miles from aother member, that will cost $0.
015 per mile, $35 transaction fee. And much cheaper than buying miles. |
