这需要的是小臂的放松。哎，Relax! Relax! 任何一处的僵硬，都会造成演奏上的影响。
Sena 说这两天奥运百米赛跑里的冠军，说她整个就非常relax，只有这样才发挥得出最
好的成绩。又想起练太极时，兔子在我耳边的指点了：放松！放松！放松了腰才带得动
整个手臂。一个部位的运动，决不应仅仅是那个部位的运动。牵一发而动全身。
很多时候，静下心来，relax，眼前的事件并没有那么棘手。看着琴谱演奏，总有些磕

一个solution，看来果然做到，而且我记得rp几次提及relaxed plan always
available，当时这个plan还没上架所以我一头雾水。现在在果然遵守承诺！！！！！

昨天问答有这么一句“As you can see, the Relaxed Plan has always been
available to Members on the Surfing 1 plan as a safety net. Similar Relaxed
Plans will be offered to all Surfing data plans. All Members will be able to
change back to the old plan after our new technology is established.”

Wiki上的定义：In the physical sciences, relaxation usually means the return
of a perturbed system into equilibrium.
我想问的是，如果一个equilibrium的系统，被一个新加入的扰动 perturb,经过时间
tau之后，系统在这个扰动和原来作用的共同作用下达到平衡（比如一个二能级系统，
有一个作用是后来加入的）。那么这个过程也能叫做relaxation吗？
wiki上的定义是，受到扰动，然后去除扰动，再回复的时间常数？

估计其他所有限速的research plan的都可见。
权威总结：
刚才从坑爹moon shadow surfing 升级到relaxed 3，马上生效。
1. 是传统 free ad plan
2. 确实full lte speed
所有moon shadow surfing的无脑马上升级，其中一个好处，moon shadow auto topup
是99刀，自己加credit是25刀起跳，而relax 3 auto topup不详，但肯定比99刀便宜很
多，而自己加credit只是10刀起跳。
还有就是，lte绝大部分情况下我只录得6-7mbps速度（偶尔10 到18m），这个和我
以往用普通free ad plan（所有机子）的测速吻合。但我要指出的是，两天前升级到当
下热议的free mad promo 3 （同样号称full lte），测速基本是18至接近30m（现在测
依然如此），值得大家比较。

plan 是full speed 3.5gb data，就换成 relaxed plan了，不过现在速度测试发现才
0.2 mb 左右的速度，和bbq一样的速度，voice却变差了(有广告和delay了)，现在也
回不到bbq plan去了。
请问对member来讲，现在什么计划最划算，看ring plus还能坚持多久，，，， |
