了。

An abnormally high level of Creatinine (Cr) is a sign of renal function
problem. There are many causes, some are primary problem of kidney but
others are often secondary to chronic renal damage, such as high blood
pressure, diabetes....
I would strongly recommend the patient to discuss with a nephrology
specialist. Blindly taking some drugs to "lower the Cr" does not help
solving the underlying problem, and might be dangerous. |

差很大.需要学一套新的东西.但是对pt. population的熟悉对CM工作很有帮助.
我可以分析一下自己的情况,让想离开bedside的xdjms参考一下.
3年renal/renal tx.中国adn毕业,美国bsn毕业,msn在读.熟悉病人,认识医生.和另一个
sw,cm关系还好.
觉得面试时,人家比较重视护士经验.觉得我的优点是熟悉病人人群,知道常规操作,楼面
人头比较熟悉,简历也是是内部的人推荐上去的.缺点是外国人,英语不是母语.
但劣势有时候也可以说成优势.我就是少数民族.做为non-profit医院,需要一些少数民
族来平衡,稳固形象.我面试的时候就说了,1)很喜欢这个医院因为这个医院给予的大量
机会,尤其对少数民族来说.2)能把第二语言说的流利和把工作做好本身就说明我们是
quick learner. 3)这个工作不管对谁都是一个learning experience,我因为是这个楼
面出来的护士,自然比外来的应征人要多点优势,人头 |

It is always hard when the patient had a preexisting condition that may
potentially explain the symptom. It is even more difficult when the patient'
s renal function is not good that we have to justify giving her contrast and

I was lucky that the patient has a good renal function and we don't lose
much by doing a CTPA.

我要替中国辩护，并不是因为我是一个中国人，而是因为我知道中国就和这世界上绝大
数的国家一样，虽然有很多丑陋的现象，但是他们是受害者。就
象这个犯罪集团里很多的人一样，他们来自各种种族，他们可能充当了工具，但他们不
是制造这一切，谋划这一切的人。虽然经常会暴露中国产品出现问题。但要知道中国是
世界工厂，他们只是打工者，他们只是按照各种雇主提供的配方来生产，他们并不知道
他们会产生怎样的后果。或者这些工人知道后果，但他们只是奴隶，他们又如何去改变
这一切？ 所以，当我的调查不断往前推进的时候，不可避免地会涉及各国的企业，但
这并不表明是针对这个国家或这个国家的人民，而是针对一种社会现实和丑陋现象。就
拿菲律宾来说，菲律宾是一个犯罪猖獗的国家，有很多犯罪分子，但是菲律宾人民却是
这个集团的受害者，他们／她们被绑架，沦为了牺牲品，人体实验对象。一个日本人，
强奸上千名菲律宾女孩，却没有受到惩罚。以前我也提到过，有20个国家的名单，这20

新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案 (试行第七版)
2019年 12月以来,湖北省武汉市出现了新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情, 随着疫情的蔓延,我国
其他地区及境外多个国家也相继发现了此类病例。 该病作为急性呼吸道传染病已纳入
《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的乙类传染病,按甲类传染病管 理。 通过采取
一系列预防控制和医疗救治措施,我国境内疫情 上升的势头得到一定程度的遏制,大多
数省份疫情缓解,但境外的发病人数呈上升态势。 随着对疾病临床表现、病理认识的深
入和诊疗经验的积累,为进一步加强对该病的早诊早治,提高治愈率,降低病亡率,最大可
能避免医院感染,同时提醒注意境外输入性病例导致的传播和扩散,我们对《新型冠状病
毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第六版)》进行修订,形成了《新型冠状病 毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行
