how can they make a living?
So you are essentially asking for an illegal copy of the report. Generally,
firms in the industry buy those market research report. Employees who

再有一个问题就是，我发现experian给我的credit report纯粹是瞎扯蛋。我的名字和
SSN查出来的信息居然是好几个人的信息组合，也就是好几个人可以查出同一份credit
report。我来美不到3年，但这个report居然显示我已经来了接近9年。我其实只有5个
账户，但report显示我居然有了60个账户。而equifax和transunion都正确。experian

要求validate debt；
validate之后Pay for Delete,记着一定要求在所有三大信用局更正并消除记录，
你出个价，人家接受的话就付了
这些过程除了电话询问就是白纸黑字的邮件了，最好certified mail，收到的邮件需要
保存和扫描备用
2. 信用报告是根据一个人的姓名和生日，住址等来锁定的，ssn是额外的，不是必需的
，有些人还没有ssn不过是家里人的副卡持有者也有完整的credit report；
对于你的情况，你既然有ssn了，信用报告就一直跟随你了，和你地址无关，就算你现
在什么卡也没有，无非是没有正常的记录和positive record，utilities神马的手机账单等等
和你的看病账单一个性质，你付了没什么，要是晚付或者不付超过一定期限被卖到讨债（讨债还好，
讨债期间有的还暂时不会报告credit bureau），然后report，这样就是negative
factor，你的report就毁了
总之解决当下问题，从三大信用局消除记录就没问题了

report，但现在还没收到任何damage report。自己的车险是半险但信用卡（chase）有
primary的保险，出事故之后第二天就通知了chase，他们说如果要求cover修车费用的
话需要在出事故100天内提交report给chase。以前租车没出过事，不知道damage
report一般多久到？需不需要催一下hertz？ |

2009年来美国留学，随后2010年拿到ssn，然后开了一张boa的credit card。后来对自
己的ssn问题一直没有重视。直到2014年年初换了新的城市读master，申请apartment的
时候被deny，才发觉不对。。于是回家查了credit 记录，发现上面有四个欠款记录，
以及两个除我本名以外的名字。但是从未收到collection company的任何电话。信用记
录一度跌至谷底，连store的credit card都无法申请。
历经两年。。（当然中间很长一段时间也没有管过它）终于搞定了这件事。。写一个流
程，希望能给这方面有也有问题的小伙伴提供帮助。
1. 首先一定要打电话到experian，transunion和equifax。
打电话的目的是加上fraud alert。好像打电话加fraud alert的期限只有90天。用
mail的形式可以让fraud alert维持七年。（这个一 会后面谈）我当时是因为有两个不
是我的名字和我的ssn相连了，打完电话一个月后通知我被removed了，但是4个不良记
录都没有被delete。

director 就给我打电话，说不确定有没有伤到牙齿，问我要不要接回去看牙医，还说

育慢一些。娃娃自己是说不疼，吃饭也都没问题，就是不愿意刷牙。所以我觉得大概也不是很严重。

你老板不愿意你直接REPORT给他了，可能是因为他觉得你以前REPORT给他挺浪费他的时
间和脑力的。
你可以尝试调整一下你的REPORT方式。或者问问你老板，他有什么建议，你可以按照他
想要的方式REPORT给他。这样对于你自己的提高也有好处。
与此同时，也不要忽略新来的那个人的利益。
如果，他手里带来的那个项目，老板很重视，那么就说让他专心发展他自己的项目。
如果，（老板实质上也知道他带来的项目不够分量，只是不肯明说，）非要让你的记在
他头上当作他的功劳。那你还不如打开天窗说亮话：公司若是想养着他，那么单独养着
他就是了，没必要公司搭上一个项目养着他。你可以吃“白出钱养一个闲人”的亏，没
必要吃“事业被不懂的人搅得乱七八糟”的亏。 |

1. award； 2. media reports； 3. publications； 4. contribution。
整理的过程中，通过看这里的帖子，对media reports很不踏实。主要问题是report的
都是team work，最多说xxlab 的physicists，没有提到我的名字 (当然也没提别人的
名字)。 Report的level还不错，包括Nature news， Science News, 还有一个去年
Science 评选的10大科技breakthrough之一就是我们team的工作。因为我觉得这个挺强
，一直准备单列。
为了避免RFE，我现在突然想是不是就把这些放在 contribution里讨论，简化成3条。
不知大家有什么高见。 我倒是有letter 说我是key member of the team.

糊：一般大家公认就是，比较有影响的newspaper,杂志，网站等对你的工作介绍；可是
如果别人在发表的文章中对你的大段引用，也应该算是：published material about

今天刚刚跟律师谈过， 说准备claim老三样，外加media report。 我一听就急了，因
为我根本没什么media report， 就有一篇paper被NewsRx和F1000提到了。 我本来想让
律师把这个加到contribution里面的。 可她要把这些提出来，跟citation和其他人引
用我的paper的几个例子合起来claim media report。 是不是很怪异啊？ 她说他们以
前这么做，挺成功（严重怀疑中）。
而且， 她认为只要IO觉得claim的四项里面有两项足够强，即使其他两项比较弱，也不
会招致RFE。 是这样么？ 怎么觉得不靠普呢？
大家给点意见吧。 是按照律师的方案走，还是坚持把她想要claim media report的东
西都放在contribution里面？？

months ago. It has attracted some eyes of editors from small news media.
However, its original news report appeared in our university website, and
then reported/cited by some small news websites. One good thing is that the
third author of my paper is from India, thus one main news paper in India
reported our work.
I am not sure whether it is good enough for claiming media report or for a
part of contribution. |

对方找了个lawyer， 所以我们也找了一个lawyer。原以为这个案子肯定会
赢的，因为police report 说是对方的错。但今天收到我的lawyer的来信，说那个
witness改口说是我的错了， 说是我闯的红灯，所以我的lawyer不接我的case了。
现在我该怎么办呀？再找一个新的lawyer？witness 事后改口会被采纳吗？为什么
police report 都不起作用呀？

的地方。 到今天已经2个星期了，
还是拿不到警察的report，这是什么情况啊，打电话去问了，说是要10个business day
，可是已经到了啊，而且我上网搜了，一般的case都是两三天就能拿到了，
现在6月1号的report都放到网上了，可是我们的还是没有
没有report，保险公司就不处理，我能怎么办啊。我们是半保，
警察当时说了是对方的责任，可是没有report，对方保险公司什么都不能做
打给警察局了n次了，每次都没有消息这是什么个状况啊，有没有同学遇见过这种情况
？？是不是我们的除了什么问题？ 经历过的同学能不能给点意见。

度都在35或40左右）。police 来了，report上说是对方闯红灯，并且report上还有一
个witness， 说这个witness说是对方的错。
对方找了个lawyer， 所以我们也找了一个lawyer。原以为这个案子肯定会
赢的，因为police report 说是对方的错。但今天收到我的lawyer的来信，说那个
witness改口说是我的错了， 说是我闯的红灯，所以我的lawyer不接我的case了。
现在我该怎么办呀？再找一个新的lawyer？witness 事后改口会被采纳吗？为什么
police report 都不起作用呀？
这个发生在去年9月，怎么我的lawyer 到现在才告诉我这个witness改口了呀？ |

大家好！现在在看一辆二手车，查了一下这辆车的Carfax，因为来美国不久，第一次买
车没什么经验，请各位通过carfax report看看这辆车有没有什么问题，或者硬伤？非
常感谢！我是在52internet那个网站花6刀查的。我在记录里看到大概02年之后就没有
state inspection了，最近一次emission test也是05年的，这两个没有做的话，会隐
藏很多问题吧？而且看起来没什么保养记录，也没有换过任何零件。
这个车的好处是只有1个owner而且没有任何事故，99年的V6 camry
买来买菜和练车用

seller agent说seller要出一个wood pest report给我们，但是要buyer付这个report
的钱，如果检查出来有既存的wood pest问题，卖家负责修；如果仅是有发生虫害危险
的可能，买家自己修。
问seller agent，这个wood pest report和termite是不是一样，又告诉说是一样的。
我也不懂了。大家都是这样的吗？ |

发帖数: 2972 | 50 TERMITE REPORT应该有各项维修的报价. 如果没有, 那时对方没把报告给全. 让你的
AGENT找对方要.
不管对方有没有REPORT,自己进合同后都要做自己的检查,不能相信对方的REPORT. 做检
查的时候人在场, 告诉INSPECTOR你是BUYER还是SELLER,因为是"估价",一般RANGE范围
内具体数字容易调整.作为BUYER,不能完全相信SELLER的REPORT.
HOME INSPECTION是General Inspection, 不能有具体的价格. ＴＥＲＭＩＴＥ／ＲＯ
ＯＦ／ＦＯＵＮＤＡＴＩＯＮ的报告应该都有估价． |
