前面的车子，所以前后保险杠都有摩擦。
今天保险公司打电话过来说要给车子定损，期间我提到前后保险杠都有摩擦的情况，保
险公司说，
report上只提到我的车和后面车的事情，没有提到前面的车，所以他们只能赔偿后保险
杠的损伤，前面就不管了。我argue，他们就说我要PD跟officer谈，让他们把report改过来。
这个可能吗？
事故发生当时，前面车的人下来看了一下车，认为没有损伤就开走了，我光顾着后面的
情况了，就来不及拿到他的信息。现在联系officer还有可能更改report吗? |

，自己的车子前面倒是撞伤了。保险公司已经cover了我车子的修理费。
但是上个礼拜收到police department的report，让我们填好了寄过去。所以我有几个
疑问：
1。我必须填这个report吗？
2。如果我填了这个report，以后我的车子历史上是不是就会包括这个车祸了？还是不
管我填不填，都会有这个车祸记录在案了？

report中对方乘客complaint of arm pain，坐在副驾驶位置，撞到了对方司机后侧位
置，司机没事，也没有用救护车，警察调查完，对方直接就走了。
另外，report上没有双方保险信息，都是unknown，不知道这种情况警察会把报告送到
什么地方呢，如果我们自己不报，保险公司会知道并主动联系吗？我们不想走保险程序
，不知道这样可能性大吗？

17丶VIN Report：
名词解释：
Accident
事故记录！只能看到事故的时间和类别，不能看到具体原因丶程度，若需详细情况，
需要购买专门的Accident report，但不值得。还是机械检验相对靠谱一些。
每有一次小事故记录，车子大概贬值5%-10%！
只要车子还是Clean title，这样的车子仍然值得入手！不过也要考虑将来卖车的问题。
Clean Title
正常的Title，大家基本只买此类车。
Salvage Title
此车曾经大修过（一般是因为严重事故），而且当时的修理总费用超过汽车残值的50%
（不确定具体数字）。
Rebuilt Title
比Salvage Title更严重！貌似超过残值80%。
Frame Damage
框架损坏！不建议购买！
Rental/Fleet record
此车曾经被用作商务车，比如租车公司的车。
Emission Test
尾气排放测试，此为德州州检的一部分，正常现象！
Lien/loan

可以去取report了。本来向我的保险公司geico提交了claim，但geico让我自己去取
report，并且说理赔期限不定，有可能take forever，感觉他们不是很给力。因为比较
着急修好车，我可不可以在拿到report以后直接找对方的保险公司要求理赔呢？如果可
以的话，两种做法的利弊是什么？ |

车没什么经验，请各位通过carfax report看看这辆车有没有什么问题，或者硬伤？非
常感谢！我是在52internet那个网站花6刀查的。我在记录里看到大概02年之后就没有
state inspection了，最近一次emission test也是05年的，这两个没有做的话，会隐
藏很多问题吧？而且看起来没什么保养记录，也没有换过任何零件。
这个车的好处是只有1个owner而且没有任何事故，99年的V6 camry
买来买菜和练车用

dealer给我的是截止到7月底的carfax report （当时也没在意）， 显示没有任何事故
记录。 前几天想要卖车时，发现这车在2012年5月有一次事故记录，但这在dealer给我
的report完全没有显示（这才意识到他们给我7月底的report肯定是阴谋）。 想问这种
情况可以去告dealer吗？ 或者去找他们要点儿赔偿？ 大家有没有推荐的律师可以咨
