从微软几年前要买Nokia的时候，就做了2手准备，那时候微软就知道自己快不行了，得

到云服务就死了。Nokia就成了云端的突破口，从Smartphone拉用户，搞好了就把cloud
搞活了，搞不好本来奄奄一息的Nokia就是一累赘，必须kick off。几年后google,
amzona，apple把市场全站了，现在唯一能让微软活的办法就是把Nokia制造商这块全部

我也被烙印黑过很多次，而且我对大多数烙印没有任何好印象，面试中工作上都不会手
下留情，但是烙印中也有极其个别很牛的人，我们还是可以向这些牛人学习很多的。
Amit在过去十五年在某种意义上算是reshape 了google的ranking 算法。但是大佬们觉
得应该再reshape 一下下了，这次应该用ml了，所以他走了。。
我觉得中国人内部要先团结，然后吸取牛逼烙印的经验，这样才有利于战胜别人。光是

经验很多事情是BASED ON MEMORY的，就是说过去经历的事情，在脑中记忆下来，
然后经过一个PROCESS，形成一个概念，之后以这个概念来指导经验。。。
然后有研究表明，人类的记忆是不断RESHAPE的过程。。就是说，在这个RESHAPE的
过程，你以为的记忆可能是FALSE MEMORY，或者和那些有一起经历的人记忆完全不同，
认识到这点后，我个人的认知就是，记忆不是完全可靠，也不是那么RELIABLE。。。
当然记忆也分不同种类，如果是FACT的记忆(比如说牛顿3大定理），这应该是
RELIABLE的。尤其是带有EMOTIONAL CUE的记忆，有可能很不准确。。。
这样导致一个结果就是，我很少依赖我的记忆（对事情的记忆），
所以也不太依赖于直觉和经验来判断事情。。。当然这个转换也是比较难的，
因为要重新建立新的思考体系，比如OBSERVATION, VALIDATION, HYPOTHESIS,
TESTING。。。这点来说，我还没有完全建立好。。目前来说，我很多判断还是

格老大将来能获得的悼词的规格,不太可
能比Gelfand,Andre weil,Jean Leray更高.
