，我可以帮他开发assay，帮他trouble shooting，他去花时间做实验，但绝不是我现
在这样替他做实验。
另外一点，是实验室资源分配问题，包括仪器设备、经费等等。有些老资格的占着茅坑
不拉屎，你想拉屎、能拉屎的人，就只能拉裤裆里了。
我说了，这个问题不是单一原因造成，是实验室的顽疾。老板个性难辞其咎，主要是抹
不开面子push人。而所谓residue来了就赖着不走，劣币驱逐良币，最后形成非常不好
的实验室氛围。
很多老中PI的实验室都有这样问题。主要原因倒不是拉不下脸赶人，而是各种裙带、利
益关系，一碗水端不平，搞得实验室跟国内公务猿办公室似的。 |

我觉得这个就和学风一下，一些地方好一些地方烂，也许和传统有关系。我国内硕士阶
段实验室老板人不nice，但是大部分学生很团结也很积极向上，实验室管理的也井井有
条。
而现在的实验室老板超nice，但是从来不来实验室，所以可想而知实验室的Messy程度
。同事（主要是中国人）嘛却是勾心斗角，非常不喜欢。尤其这样的实验室里的所谓"
residue"还有个特点，就是自以为是，然后老是gossip，背后说别人坏话，很讨厌。
但是呢，没办法，this is the life，做好自己，发paper才是王道，其它都扯淡。 |

linear model下应该比较容易，studentized residual 可以推出distribution, 还有
就是cook's distance.
glm下，可以做变换用类似linear model的方法处理。不过感觉你说的直接用y_i - E(y
_i|x_i)好像没有意义，尤其是y不是continuous的情况
如果repeated measure的可以归结到glm，直接用glm的结果 |

whether it helps to stabilize the residual variance. For example,
approximately, var(sqrt y)=.25var(y)/y, so the square root transformation
