离不放呢？证明厕所的数量和距离，就可以证明他们拍照的正确性了？我出门旅游的时
候，一烦吃饭，二烦如厕。所有东西都是要plan ahead，比如是不是要提前买好subway
？比如开下一个长途之前，会排空。尽管如此，还是会遇上堵车或是修路或是找不到
restroom的情形，有时要憋到内伤。但是你不能要求小孩也这样几个小时几个小时地
plan啊！那还是一个1，2岁大的还在potty training的小孩诶拜托！那么点大的小孩第
一分钟说没感觉，下一分钟他就要去了。找不到厕所，人很多拍不上队这不正常吗？不
可信吗？就算母亲没有尝试厕所好了，小孩一下控制不住自己来不及去路上一蹲这不行
吗？我觉得1，2岁小孩这样很正常。HK小孩为什么没有拍到？你敢举着相机拍HK小孩吗
？不怕人家告你把牢底坐穿？若不是欺负大陆人是外来人人生地不熟打官司不方便又有

这类案子辩护有多难在美国律师行内众所周知，著名律师不愿接案子。后来因我工作家
务繁忙，没有特别跟进他的案子。而且他被charge的第一项是重罪，案子进展非常没有

2014年12月30日，有一李姓家庭自租一辆uhal要从亚特兰大搬去纽约，雇佣张先生为其
装车。据说李家夫妇在国内都是律师，到美国后一年多，都无业在家。
雇主李家有一6岁的女孩和一个1岁半的男孩也在搬家现场。根据张先生叙述，当日在二
楼主卧室里与两个工人搬动家具时，他不小心碰到了自己的阴部，因患有附睾炎的毛病
（事发后，医院检查证实），他疼痛难忍，立即进主卧室的卫生间脱裤查看。从卫生间
出来，他看见6岁的小女孩站在门外面，也没太在意，就接着干活了。
没想到，一个小时后，警察突然出现，通过线上中文翻译告知张先生，李家夫妇告他性
侵犯小女孩。张先生不谙英文，不明就里，告知警察自己曾进厕所，出来发现小女孩站
