其余什么都不顾。呵呵。不过还好，小破车基本上修的
七七八八了，开起来还是很爽的。下面就简单的总结一
下经验好了，以后如果有人用得到，也算有点帮助。:)
这两个月的功夫，原本的目的也就是把后刹车碟resurface
一下，顺便换一套pad，如果有能力，修一下两个手刹。
当然了，因为后disc和bearing hub是一体的，需要重
新repack rear wheel bearings。可是偶万万没有想
到，这样一个小工作最后演变成了两个月的艰苦努力。
下面给一个大概的总结，详细情况看后续贴子。
1. rear end suspension renewal.
removed/installed lower arms, stablizer bar.
replaced most bushings.
paint with POR-15 for rust preventive.

rotor 一般resurface就可以了。我刚问了个报价。前面一对，parts+labor+resurface
rotor, $140
其他的都不用做。轮胎新的时候是10/32，可以开到2/32，你现在开了多少mile,大概还
可以开这么多。但是要记得每隔几千mile 做tire rotation, 可以每2次换机油做一次
。我们这里换机油25，free tire rotation. |

发帖数: 15 | 11 换刹车确实比较tricky, 看似简单，但弄不好就会出和楼主一样的问题。不过也别着急
，只要能确定不是在换刹车过程中犯了关键性错误，建议再开一段看看是否问题有所缓
解。
我猜有可能是前轮两边刹车系统在换pads和resurface disc 后不完全对称，而且该问
题在刹车问题升高后更明显，具体的root cause 只有车主本人经过反复尝试后才能找
到。但我猜错有两种可能
1. pads 和 disc 因为某种原因不是很平，而且一侧比较明显，间歇性接触，产生振动
激励
2. caliper pin 一侧润滑不好，比较涩，所以刹车使用10分钟后，该侧pads和disc抱
的比较紧
个人猜测，具体原因还得楼主自己找。如果还不能解决，建议换新的disc。 比
resurface减少的一种出问题的可能。 |

（1） 一个说必须resurface 前后4个rotor。 他把车放到rack上，拿下轮胎，检查后
做此结论.
（2）另一个说是后边的rotor 问题。此君做了road testing，一会就估计问题在后边
。 他先是用脚刹车（因为我告诉他这是我的experience)，说虽然感到震动，但因为
wheel 没感到震动, 所以不像前面的问题。 接着他在开车过程中拉手刹（没有同时踩
脚刹），碰到和只用脚刹时同样的抖动。他说，用脚刹时4个BREAK 都会被影响。 他说
由此他根本不用拆轮子看，and 100% sure it's the rear issue. 他不愿做 rotor
resurface ,说会伤了他的机器，不值。只肯把rear rotor and pad 全换掉。
请问应听那个？

发帖数: 156 | 18 不觉得轮胎需要马上换，即便是高速，不过falken的轮胎大部分不太耐磨。如果你觉得
不放心要换，你可以找之前购买falken的地方，他们会退给你一部分钱，毕竟用了不到
30K，warranty有65K。想便宜可以去discount tire / walmart 换，去tire rack上研
究哪种轮胎符合你的要求，我个人喜欢general tire altimax RT，便宜安静耐磨。
alignment如果现阶段看不出问题，基本不需要做。不放心就去找个连锁黑店，比如
pepboys，说不确定alignment有没有问题，让给测一下，一般给你个报告，免费的。拿
那个报告回来自己研究下，网上有教怎么看懂的，偏差不大不用做alignment。
pads 6mm暂时不需要，rotor resurface更是典型的骗钱项目，rotor没锈没弯不需要，
就算rotor有问题也是直接换，比resurface便宜多。根据你的开车习惯，如果总走走停
停就去换pads，自己买akebono的pads，C-tek的rotor，找个店换上给些labor，比黑心
dealer的货好的多，总价还低不少。 |

resurface header.
cylinder BLOCK 80%是没有warp变形的，可以自己买个straight和Gauge去测一下平面
度.

我的车去年回国放了一个多月,期间下雨,
回来后很明显感到前轮pad像是和生锈的disc粘上了.
启动时非常费力,然后刹车时有噪声抖动.
现在disc上没有锈了,可剧烈加速时还有抖动,刹车有噪声抖动.
但不是每次都这样,只有在猛加速猛刹车时后才有.仿佛车轮轴"脱臼了"似的.
车刚买来一年的时候因为类似的问题,去dealer那里resurface disc,问题减轻.
这次又犯了,再去dealer那里说前轮刹车没问题,后轮刹车pads要换resurface.
但很明显抖动噪声都是来自于前轮.
另外parking brake也不灵,每次在坡上用parking brake后,车还会出溜一小段才停. |

的比较稀，流动性好些，有利于leveling。干了以后强度仍然足够。

刹车时有响声 means you worn the brake pads, it has built-in pad wearn
indicator that will make noise when it's time to replace.

recommendation. As these cars have very tight suspension and you care about
noise and comfort, and high-speed breaking, resurfacing may not meet OEM
spec. for performance.
For Toyota Camry, then re-surfacing is fine. Usually a disc can be
resurfaced only once, if the wear pattern is reasonable (i.e. no warping). |

mechanic查完说一切都ok。我说要不咱上路去试试看，于是出门遛达了一圈，mechanic

。这回这哥们倒是挺灵敏，一试就听出不对劲了，告诉我是rotor有问题。回去做了
resurfacing，可问题还是没解决。mechanic跟我说因为刚做过resurfacing，pad需要
磨合大概200mile。我觉着还是不靠谱，不过折腾了4个多小时，饿了个半死，只好回来
再说。再换dealer就要跑很远了，一来一回麻烦不说，能不能搞定还是个大问题。怎么
