a caveat:
单基因造成的neurodegeneration已有成功，see the gene therapy for retinal
degeneration, published in NEJM 2008. 今年又添了新的手段eNPhR-AAV。这当然是
retina的优势，没有太多的神经环路,有light response估计就算成功。另去年的stem
cell/cell transplant在小鼠上也有成功（two case, one is retinal cell
transplant, one is RPE cell transplant.但这个在人估计操作极其困难，但相信他
们在优化。
至于曝光率很高的AD, PD, HD病理知识积累不够，系统又复杂。但给与时间，估计慢慢
会好。不取决于学术界一定胜过工业界。 |

磷酸化才结合Arrestin。而该结构中的opsin没有结合retinal，并且做了众多突变以稳
定结构。说句实在的，在单体结构都已经解出来的背景下，这玩意儿提供了多少新的可
信信息就值得推敲了，技术堆砌也不能弥补这样一个大的设计问题。虽然目前为止，所
有GPCR复合物都有类似问题，也不代表这个问题可以忽略不计。 |

That doesn't seem to be common. Nearsightedness is different from retinal
detachment. even with retinal detach, i would guess only the extreme case

所说不能have sex是因为这个药会导致胎儿畸形，所以不是不能have sex，而是不能怀
孕。只要用药其间有足够的避孕措施就好了。
不能晒太阳是因为用这个药的时候会增加皮肤对紫外线的敏感度，会晒伤皮肤所以要防
晒。

disease, with NO treatment, and visino will get worse and worse. This eye
has limited vision potential anyway, even without the trauma.
If there is retinal detachment, then need to be treated, otherwise this eye
will shrink. Otherwise, just keep comfort.
Fake eye is only for cosmetic purpose, it's just a plastic plate. |

病很多时候都不是患者一个人的事,家里其他人可能也受影响
另外有一些类型的Retinitis Pigmentosa已经有比较好的基因治疗方法进入临床试验,

clinic (I am specialized in other disorders). Chronic dry AMD is not
treatable (though good diet and sun protection is wise). Acute wet AMD is
VERY treatable, and urgent to do so as soon as possible. I am sure the

另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

in every brand name night creme by now. At least it would not need a prescription.
Read the instructions. I think it might cause peeling and burning.
Also, not all vitamins are good, at least not the more the better. Vitamin A
is toxic when administered at high dose, just like Vitamin E and so many other

retinal problems, any optic nerve problems. usually lasts 4-6 hours only. if
you could bring someone who can drive for you.
验光 is to check your prescription of glasses or CL only.
if you go to a place that didn't ask you to do 散瞳, then you might have
went to a wrong place.
anyway, your own eyes, should be cautious, you never know the doctor might
find some underlying problems that had been in your eyes for years through a

for which my opthalmologist told me that i would see lots of floaters like
rain falling down then it would be an emergency,
if it's just a single floater, i think the most common cause is idiopathic
vitreous floater and not whole lot to be done about it,
but i'm not an ophthalmologist so don't quote me on this, |
