drum test 是用来客观查小孩视力的，由于小孩太小，不能告诉你她能看多小，所以用
黑白条删来测量，原理是小孩对条删状的东西有反映，看到越密的条删就说明视力越好
。但是整个检查取决于小孩的注意力。
Nystagmus，是因为视力不好，所以东西看不清楚，眼镜不能定位，就震颤了。
speckle 倒是有点不好，往往用来描述retinitis pigmentosa。是一种先天性的眼疾，
但一般有家族史。
即使是任何一种遗传病，往往治疗方面没有特别的进展。基因治疗是可能的治疗方法。4个月的小孩太小了，没必要这么心急地去寻找治疗，完全可以再等等看。

先不要太着急。检查是一定要做的。 先要明确诊断。医生已经检查眼底，只“发现
SPECKLE”。 没发现RETINAL PIGMENTOSA。--你先不要自己吓自己。
20/200 的视力检查在这个年龄不准确。INFANT 视力本来就不好。
如果医生的检查都没问题。就定期随诊，如果视力有问题，一定要及时纠正视力。
平时用颜色鲜艳并有对比色的玩具给她看， 玩。训练视力发育。
坚强些。希望你是虚惊一场。
BTW， 我的妞妞在三月大时，打了预防针后，也是几天都不笑。 我也担心过--后来就
好了。
现在是， 一进医生诊所就大哭。

watch out! The kid is at high risk for high myopia at age 18 ( say -12D or
more!). So you really need to let your kid play outdoors in day time for 2
hours a day everyday! just wear sun glasses and sun screen when play out
doors! Remember reserach shows that indoor sports do NOT count. so swimming
, hockey, skating ( in door) have no use to prevent myopia.

我的背景简单如下：
1, 6 journal publications, ~15 conference abstracts, 写在一起当成authorship
claim了
2, citation 比较弱，〉20
3, review >30, 7 journals.
4, 6封推荐信，都是独立推荐人，分布比较广，几大洲都有
Claim了老三样， 有一个行业内部的Fellowship， 没敢单独claim,但是放在
contribution里说了，结果还是在noid里被纠出来狠批了，教训阿！！！
两步法，第一步，承认review, authorship, 不承认membership 和 contribution。
第二步（final merits analysis）,所有claim的都不承认，而且一条一条的批得血淋
淋的。

夫接待这位朋友，没有看病例就问这位朋友，你是不是“40岁了，右眼被打伤的”，诱

站在犯罪嫌疑人立场说话，有意减轻犯罪嫌疑人的罪责，对这位朋友眼睛的伤害被轻描

OCT的片子确定劈裂的程度和范围, 荧光造影判断有没有黄斑水, 程度如何,有没有视网
膜大面积脱落, 有没有黄斑裂孔, 最好到国内好的眼科找好的眼底专家 (retinal
Specialist)诊断后再做决定.
关于治疗, 如果玻璃体牵引造成严重的黄斑水肿,药物保护治疗无效.建议手术解除牵引
.黄斑裂孔也可以在手术中一并封闭. 术后黄斑水肿可逐渐消退.
另, 国内的好的眼科医院的实力不比这边差, 所以根据具体情况, 在国内做完检查后在
国内就可拿出治疗方案. |
