問題1：香港發生什麼事了？
答：香港人現在正以和平方式爭取一個平等和開放的普選方案。《基本法》規定香港的
行政長官最終由普選產生，而人大常委於2007年也決定了香港最早可於2017年實行普選
，現在香港人對普選的期望正正是基於這些承諾。現時香港的行政長官由一個1200人的
選舉委員會選舉產生，候選人只要得到當中601人的支持便可以當選，整個過程和香港
的民意沒有必然關係。
許多人認為這1200人不能代表所有的香港人，因此要求改變選舉制度。然而人大常委於
2014年8月31日的決定卻列明日後就算實行一人一票普選行政長官，參選人也一定要先
經由同樣是這1200人出任的提名委員會篩選，要得到當中的過半數支持才可以成為正式
候選人。換言之，香港人爭取普選是因為覺得這1200人沒有代表性，現在改革的方案不
