为什么这么说呢？因为艾未未昨天，也就是国内的11月8日，在接受路透社记者采访时
，狠狠的打了支持他的那2万多粉丝的脸。
要知道，虽然中国很富有了，但是通过捐款来支持艾未未纳税的那2万多人里，也不是
都很富有啊。有个好像是因为赖账或者个人破产什么的，每天支出都受到限制。算是穷
人了。
但是这些人深爱着艾未未，恐怕他因为逃税再次身陷囹圄，所以慷慨解囊，拿出来几百
元糊口钱支持艾未未。
但是艾未未在拿到600万捐款或者借款后，却突然改口说，我现在不想交税了，一分钱
也不想交了。

关于苏联的计划经济评价，David M. Kotz (大卫·科茨)的研究显示，在70年代中期之
前的几十年时间里，苏联经济发展速度并不慢，甚至高于同期的美国增长速度。比如说
，“基于西方的估计数据，1928到1975年，苏联国民生产总值（GNP）年增长率平均达
到5.1%。如果看二战后，1950到1975年期间苏联GNP增长率平均4.8％，而美国同期增长
率为3.3％”。[1]
苏联经济出现明显的问题，主要是75年到80年代。但是也只是放慢，并不是崩溃。前面
的回帖也提到，这一段时间经济放慢，石油价格低迷导致依赖石油出口的苏联经济受到
很大影响。但是苏联经济走向崩溃是90年代的事情，也就是放弃计划经济体制之后的事
情。
