首先，巴马care绝对是烂的。根本不sustainable，完全是面子工程，就是巴马给主党
拉票的手段。这个是共识不多说了。
但是巴马care烂，不代表repel and replace容易。
首先，bipartisan的说，cover全民basic的医保是合情合理的。
其次，福利就像水，已经被巴马任性的泼出去了，怎么收回来？何况每个
congressman都有自己选区要讨好。
再说，很多rusty belt的trump voter是指望这个health care的。
所以，问题不是要不要改，而是如何在基本coverage不减太多，premium不增太多的前
提下改。
这个太难了，我觉得基本是mission impossible，除非大动作。个人认为trump拿fda

，每页多少钱，然后等。
当然原始的medical record是没有的，比如X ray底片，都是经过处理解释的结论性
medical records。
一般的要了也屁用没有。都是废话居多。涉及到可能要盖屁股的保护医生医院自己的，
自然会给你做手脚的。
俺以前和医生打交道，一次那个医生写结论的时候写得有点不同，然后billing code就
不能cover.我门经常见那个医生，后来她给重新改了点medical records, billing
department的interpreter就重新解释成为了另外一个billing code. 内部有管理协议
，可以改medical records。
那么你拿到的medical records是不是重新revisit后修改过的，就不知道了。 |
