昨晚接受了卖家的 final offer
现在正在筹借cash,准备 downpayment和 loan/mortgage 中。。。。
1。时间轴：
周六10AM看房，5PM revisit, 6PM 签订购房合同，比当时卖价低30K（这个时候的卖价
比卖家之前最初的卖价低15K）
周日2PM，卖家counter offer,比卖价低5K （Counter offer #1 ）
周日6PM，在启事价上加10K，表现强烈购买欲望 （Counter offer #2）
周一8PM，卖家再降5K，并注明final offer （Counter offer #3），进入我的预期范
围，但比LD的预期高5K

1.一个中国人开的family daycare.在她家，上次看的时候（大概三个月之前，本来打
算九月开始后来我妈说可以帮我们延长到十二月。btw, 我们打算明年一月送，到时候
我儿子一岁四五个月的样子）一共六七个孩子，除了一个两岁以下大部分都是两岁多到
三岁多的样子。
pros. 管午饭，看过menu还行。都是中餐式的。我比较想孩子从小有机会吃中餐长大。
很惭愧我都没什么时间做正经中餐，基本都微波啥的:( 接送时间也比较灵活。老师是
原来国内学幼教的看上去比较有爱心。（主要是她自己还请了一个帮手）还有可以有中
文环境。
cons. 上次去的时候因为我儿子还小，明显和其他孩子不是一个age group的。不知道
现在过了几个月是不是情况会有不同（打算revisit)上次没有看他们有没有小孩用的
potty...也不知道会不会帮potty training. 离家和我公司都不近。老公上下班路上需
要detour一下接送（也还好）

have the first meeting with the principle and the teacher this afternoon. I
had done a lot preparations and set up a stage for a constructive/friendly
fight: excellent academic/afterschool performance, advanced mental
matureness, family tradition, social development, projects, reference and
anything I can find.

kids, should be a good idea for a revisit.
It's easy to plan with just family members though, we have been talking
going to places with friends but never finalized any trips. |

学东西的话，如果不懂得原理，就记住一个规律：分开练三个20分钟，往往比连续练一
个小时有效果。 如果遇到一个“坎儿”，硬攻下来，往往不如回头再多次revisit有效

On the rejection letter, they require you to submit in your next visa
applciation:
*your boarding pass for the returning flight
*receipt of returning flight
*rejection letter with date of notice
*a letter explaining why you overstayed, etc.
To revisit US, a person need to stay at least the same amont of time as he/
she did in the US. In your case, your parents must stay in China for at
least 8 month before considering revisting US.

的low多半不是the low，因此下面最可能的走法是SPX rebound to higher high后

下面谈谈为什么我说今天的low不是the low，当然最bullish的情况是两三周后才visit
