produce fruit, or the number of years after the Starke tree is planted? I
planted your 2-N-1 Plum tree last year and this year it is full of fruit. Is
this considered year 3 and I can let the fruit get fully ripe or should I

开花结果。 不过各个品种不一样。
白桃一般开花结果较迟一点。 3年前， 我管理的那篇桃园， 白桃常常要到7月份才收
， 黄桃一般六月收， 油桃通常五月底就开始收了。 当时是在8区， 因为天热的太快
， 有的时候， 白桃没有收成，因为热的太快。所以， 最好到当地的extension问问当
地最适合的是啥。
超市里面的桃子不好吃有2个原因： 一是品种的选择上， 通常他们会选择易于运输和
保存的品种， 2， 在采摘的时候， 他们不会等到桃子完全熟透， shipping ready
ripe， 这个时候的桃子是不会很好吃的。 桃子在采摘后不会继续变熟透， 只会变软。

when you have enough but when they first started bearing I had to freeze
the celeste to wait for the brown turkeys to have enough to process. The
celestes were sweeter than the brown turkey.
Celeste figs were a bit darker when ripe and I fight with the birds over
fruit. The darker figs seem to have more bird problems. (Best for that
