* 3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed
* 1/3 cup melted butter
* 1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup)
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* Pinch of salt
* 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
No need for a mixer for this recipe (用手搅一搅就好了）.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing
bowl.

有名的就是Melot了。呵呵，大家都喝过。这中就要配羊排或羊肉一起吃。
法国的：chateau haut Gravet pomerol(pomerol是法国的一个地方名，用的葡萄也是
merlot）
意大利的：CHIANTI 推荐品牌－－antinori
西班牙的：rioja 也是很有名的，虽然没有喝过。
美国的：加洲merlot，试试newton牌的。
