，但是你们现在找到的工作也许staying power会很强。
他还说，你们要相信你们是brightest, and will graduate from one of the best
law schools in the world. 而且legal profession不会end的...
听的我都哭了，一半伤心焦虑一半蛮感动的...
我只想说，预计roi根本不靠谱，我申请law school的时候的说法是t25+ip是绝对安全
的。如果真的要现实的考虑，我可能不会对这个选择非常favorable,alava师兄poly师
兄的先例永远都属于少数人。但是更重要的是你喜不喜欢法律 |

现了很多问题 。我们用的是 7500 Real-time PCR定量系统。可是由于先前的电脑有问
题，报废后我重新安装软件，发现需要做个 ROI校正，不然程序就没有办法跑。但这个
是专门的试剂盒，需要差不多900美元 。老板估计不愿意 。我听说可以从别处拷贝一
个定量程序，然后就不需校正这一步了，是这样吗？ 有没有人遇到过这个问题？
有别的办法吗？ 由于样品很敏感，这个实验没法拖太久了，有些着急。

ST HUSNG back to 5%. It is decent considering it takes less than 3 min
per game.
I only find one reg on FTP who has higher ROI in STHU on 50+ stake.
A guy from UK has 6%. OF course, my stake is not super high. Best player on

It is not the rake that kills the game for you. It is your negative roi in
general with your small edge against your opponents in this game. Super
turbo or not, to calculate ROI or each individual game is the same. If you
have a positive ROI for each game in general, the speed of the game can make
you more $$. When you do not have a positive ROI of course you lose in long
run and faster. FTP collects rake faster but not more because of the speed

The point here is that in super turbo, you can't maintain the 5% ROI. If you
can, then super turbo will make you more $$ and faster. It is not the rake
that makes the difference. It is because you are not beating the game as
much as regular game. ROI have nothing to do with the speed of the game.

Yes this is the key. the edge is not huge so you can't have large enough ROI
to cover the rake. The rake are the same in HU STT MTT, regular, turbo or
super turbo.
You can also look it this way, compute your ROI without considering the rake
. You will find your ROI is much lower in super turbo HU. You are losing $$
not because of the % of rakes, it is because your ROI without the rakes.

. No matter ROI, the 500$ per day rake has already greatly changed the
middle stake level(50dollar level) HU games' strategy.
(ROI is high variance in HU games, even high stakes HU(500 bucks+ per game)

well on that HU games, you need play a ton to find out your ROI. However,

Suppose you play 20 games in one hour,

I do not know how to calculate ROI, but I guess it should be 2 games(profit)

99.999% ppl can not achieve that if the stake fits you.

I play 20$, 35$ dollar super turbos. They has great value in it. Definitely,
I play 50$ super turbos regularly sometimes. Sometimes, I go nuts, and play
200$, 500$ games, but just a couple here and there.
It is not just shoving preflop, you need play postflop. Because it is super
turbo, I will have a lot of Out of Position plays also. In regular HU sng, it is not profitable to play OOP.

If you play st sng, it is very possible to have 400 games a day.
There is a huge variance in this game, you can lose 400-700$ easily one hour
on 35$ level game.

over 700 games on 2$ tables. Since I moved up to 5$ table, my roi was
running even higher around 50%. Of course it is less than 100 games, so it
must be due to variance. But I don't find it more difficult on 5$ at all.
The best part of small sng is that you spend a lot less time on it. it only
takes 1 hour if you reach to the end. Assume that you can achieve the same
ROI as MTTs with the same buy in. You spend a lot less ti |

ROI is positive, you are making $$ other wise you are losing. Can't beat
the high stake, then lower the stake. If you are winning then great and stay there.. If you are losing $$ then no, your ROI is negative and you are not beating the game. Rake doesn't matter.. :D

FTP. If FTP only has 2X, I will definitely move to PS for my half volumes. (
Plus, I notice a lot of regs moves to PS and play a huge volume on PS to get
the Super NOVA. For example: "The Lag rat" on PS, his id on FTP is "the lab
rat"). I treat it as a yearly bonus.
On the other hand, these policy will impact my main game greatly. I will
switch my main game to super turbo SNGs.

经玩了~300局, ROI 25%. 高手们能不能给我个建议下一步应该玩什么最有助于提高.
以下是我的选项和我的想法.
1. 就这么继续玩下去,看能不能继续提高ROI.
Pro: 如果运气不太差的话,应该至少不会亏钱.
Con: 玩多了有点腻了,所以想换个花样.
2. 多开几桌.
Pro: 锻炼multitasking,如果ROI能保持不变,可以提高每小时的收益.
Con: 太耗精神容易累.
3. Try 45, 90 or 180 S&G.
Pro: 人多应该更好玩. 问个问题,同样水平的情况下,玩人越多的S&G是越profitable吗?
Con: 一局时间太久了,不好安排其他事情.
4. Try $20
Pro: 和水平更高的人玩.
Con: 不太确定是不是应该再等等.如果不ready,会不会一下亏太多了.

In game, I guess you need 75% equity to make the break even call. Put it
with hands: JJ+ can call. AQ/Ak is a fold.
Since I am a little lazy, I will make the in-game estimation, instead of
calculation.
Pretty sure you can get the correct icm number by using Sngwiz, or online
tools.
I estimate each of you has around 9$ equity in the tourney.(rough
calculation:12*11/15=8.8, my guess is close enough) If you call and win, you
get around 10.88$(estimation).
