刚wiki了下，果然连cream cheese都是属于fresh cheese的一种额。。。

The one with straight leg works more lower back and hammy, the
one with bent leg is more conventional type, working quads.
There is another type with legs slightly bent but fixed through
out the movement. This is called Romanian deadlift targeting
mainly hips and hamstring. |

，但是我个人来说腹肌变化很大，其实更重要的是core的力量，对于我其他运动，例如
篮球，滑雪，游泳帮助很大。每天20-30min的wod，身体保持酸痛状态快一年了，我30
多了，基本没有可能完全recover，不过每天都wod都是针对不同的大肌肉群。我贴一下
今天的wod。最后那个125 GHD situps core再强的人也搞不定，做完得疼死。。。不信
的可以试试看。
我们box加入超过1年的基本都是腹肌男腹肌女，夏天健身房不开空调不开电扇，每天很
养眼。

而StraightLeg是low back，发力点不一样
不过我没有办法很明显的体会出来。。。 可能小重量就容易练到hamstring，大重量就
容易练到low back

push press. 腿也是1leg romanian deadlift和single leg bench squat. 左右边的重

是hamstring和glute，其次才是lower back。所以你大腿后侧疼在正常不过了。
膝盖不弯曲那是stiff leg deadlift，主要练 lower back.
但是上面两样都不是deadlift. 而且这两种根据我自己的经验，上大重量都很容易
受伤。建议你认真google一下deadlift的动作讲解或者视频。Deadlift是全身性
的锻炼，基本上除了胸练不到，其它地方都能练到。
Deadlift要慢慢上重量，急了容易受伤。Stiff leg deadlift 强烈不推荐，非
常容易受伤。 |

ones:
1) There was no setup. You simply went under the bar and unracked it. You
even shuffled the bar around your back right after you unracked it. You won'
t be able to do this when the weight gets heavy. Spend more time on the
setup which is key to make a lift. When you are done with a proper
setup and ready to unrack the bar, your upper back should be super tight,
