球在cart path上，球员能得到一个clean view. 你不能drop 后，得不到一个clean vi
ew, 这就不公平了。
当然，到d显然也超过了2 club length.. 但这也是exceptional情况下。
不过，rule is rule....有些记住就行。 rule是建立在公平 公正的基础上的。
记得pebble beach的例子，球员号称某一击把球击水里了，那drop off可能就是南太平
洋的某个小岛了。。
