wash sale rule意思是说，如果同一个股票，卖了后在31天内买进，卖掉时的损失不能
报税。
我做了一件非常愚蠢的事是：卖了一些fund在正常投资帐号里（损失只有卖了才能报税

Not sure if a team can choose to kick off from the 30.
I bet the rule simply states that "... you cannot kick from beyond 35."
Usually a rule ony dictates what you canNOT do, or an upper limit.
Just like for a regular play, the rule only stipulates that " ... a team
cannot place more than 11 players on the field". So if I put 10 out there,
it isn't illegal, just stupid.

was $1 each, but found this deal and it came out to about 0.35 cents a

由每次的一年有效增长为三年有效的计划已经送交OMB 审核通过，移民局也公布

由于这是个Proposed Rule，根据规定移民局还要再等到征集大众的意见后再拟定Final
或 Interim Rule 后再交给OMB 审查通过后公布才能正式实施，至少要到今年下半

由于TN 身份是不能有移民倾向，在申请了I-140后很难延TN 身份，也影响了TN 持有人
申请I-140 的计划，一旦新的计划开始实施给予TN 持有人3年的工作期限，也将给予TN
身份的申请人有更充足的时间来提出绿卡的申请。

每项控诉都没有实据支持，比如书信，合同，照片，等等。
每项索赔数额都是拍脑袋想出来的，都是100万美元。任何人都知道索赔数额在不同的
项目下很难完全相同。像这种数额会被法官认为是敲诈。
控诉书中有很多的法律上的错误，而且是致命的。真是替桑兰惋惜，本来是个令人同情
和敬佩的女子，现在和搅屎棍混在一起，会被人蔑视的。
起诉书中的问题已经不能被认为是律师缺少能力造成的，很有可能被法官和对方律师认
为是海明恶意起诉引起的。如果法官和对方律师施用Rule 11 in Civle Procedure,海
明的饭碗都会丢掉。
