is a scarce public resource that needs to be regulated
and perhaps even subsidized, or it's prone to be monopolized.
OTOH, I don't see why postal service can't be privatized.

a parking space. Several times when people did this, I all of a sudden "
remembered" an important errand that I had to do right then, so I got out of
the car and went to some nearby store. Screw them. That has got to be the
