利息很高, 导致付出的钱多于进来的钱, 所以无法持续.
想想看, 假如Ponzi scheme不是宣称可以使人致富, 如果你投资一美元, 得到的回报也
是一美元, 谁还会去参加这个scheme呢?
但Social Security是强制性的, 所以不需要用高额利息来吸引人们加入. 实际上,
Social Security的回报并不高, 也无法使人致富, 它只是保障基本的生活费用而已.

I think I have figured out the reason McHale is irritated with not just

有趣的是，平时做深蹲后总是屁股酸痛，可这次屁股没什么感觉，倒是股四承担了大部
分的DOMS。猜想是由于10x10的重量不大，臀肌受到的stress不够，或者说臀肌的容量
较大，对付这种load的volume训练绰绰有余。但股四就不同了，这种load和volume已经
够tax了。在四天中，股四尤其是下沿部分也就是膝盖上方那里酸痛感强烈，手按上去
都会刺激到。这种感觉还真让人高兴。
昨晚又做了10x10的deadlift。具体的scheme是：
135lb x 10 热身，
225lb x 10
275lb x 10
然后把load降到185lb，开始10x10. 上面的三组除了热身外，做两组重量大的是让身体
激发兴奋起来。
组间间隔是1分钟左右，期间顺便做个10x10的斜上推。让心跳保持在一定pace。
虽然咱的dead比squat强些，可这个10x10居然险些做不下去，觉得比10x10深蹲难度大

实就是DE，主要是pass rusher，这些人在大学里基本都是DE出身。防守球员里最身体
素质要求最高的就是CB和这些顶着OLB头衔的“DE”。所以很多3-4防守的OLB在
franshise tag的时候都说自己其实是DE，工资高。
4-3 defense里的OLB就是传统意义上的OLB，在各个不同的防守scheme里，防跑的时候
gap assigment不太一样，防传的时候也不太一样。现在spread offense在NFL横行，很
多OLB在明显pass down会被DB替换，打nickel package。No Huddele很多都是抓这些，
不让防守从base defense和nickel defense交替。
ILB对身体素质要求没有3-4OLB那么高，但是所谓Instinct很重要，ILB一般需要cover

后不至于落到同样的位置。

础知识。
鉴别 FP (其实是 declarative)和 imperative 的关键是看它们对 mutability 的区分：
A. every variable is mutable. 多数 duck typed 脚本语言都是这类。
B. mutable by default, immutable by declaration. Java, C, C++ 等勉强属于这类。
C. immutable by default, mutable by declaration. SML, Clojure,
Haskell 属于这类。
然后 B 和 C 都还可以进一步细分，根据 declaration 到底是说变量，还是类型，还
