那么大概有几种办法:
如果机票或者预订单是双程返美的,
1,事先从CA或者MEXICO取得回美签证,这样应该绝无问题.
2,准备一个申根目的国美领馆的签证预约,据说不少人也成功,但不确定
3,如果可以搞到机票或者预订单是美-欧-中联程的,那自然满足该条款,应该也没问题.
但据说有VO还要求看美驻华使馆的VO预约甚至最后中-美机票的,据我看这个纯属无理
要求,回中国之后我再是否来美,何时来美已经跟申根签证无关.
目前看1最保险,但去CA或者MEXICO是另外一个RISK
3的成功率应该较大,仅需要一张联程机票预订单.至于你是否的确回中国签,还
是就地在申根国家签返美,那是你自己的事.
2不一定能成功,如果实践过的同学请Confirm |

今天早上去了领馆， 预约的时间是早上9点整。 里面的VISA OFFICER也是到点就在窗
口前了。
可是不搭理我， 一直忙着自己的事情。 过了差不多40分钟， 才叫我到窗口前。 据说

reservation confirmations). 可是不接受这些我还有什么啊？定旅馆不都是网上

visa到手，明天终于可以按时出发了。
再补充一下：
1.话说我在没有驾照的情况下，Maryland learner‘s permit也能够使。
2.我前面一个UPenn的印度哥们和我一样的情况，下周去法国会议，但是他什么复印件
都没有准备，也没有带bank statement。之后被告知，回去传真过去，然后最后邮寄
visa。
3.另外签证厅里面有台复印机，可供使用，但是得实现准备些零钱。我当时就在琢磨那
个复印机有没有usb的接口，有的话之前那个印度哥们直接上网打印下账单也许就行了
，大老远的跑一趟也不容易啊。
另外关于签证是否可以当天拿的问题，并不清楚其他领事馆，我发信询问DC的大使馆，
他们给我回应是：

可以的做法是，你直接买一张fully refundable的ticket，在行程安排上说你德国之行
后马上回中国renew H1B，这样一般就ok了~ 等拿到Schengen了，到了欧洲你再renew也
没人管你了~ 我身边有人renew F1就是这么干的~
以上的做法身边有认识的人成功搞过的，是到荷兰和法国使馆~ |

昨天去LA签法国Schengen了。他们至少没有当场提出异议。但是也没有当场告诉我拿到
签证了没有。说两周之内出结果。
不过临走的时候告诉我“make sure you get the US visa before coming back from
France”。不知道是不是言下之意我pass了。 |

办法是先去加拿大或者墨西哥或者中国办一个有效回美签证。
要去加拿大，需要先办加拿大签证，需要2个月时间。
所以，这个会议如果不是给你颁大奖的，如果时间已经很紧了，还是别去了。
