大家好, 突然接到通知要我下礼拜三从去葡萄牙出差. 我在迈阿弥, 不知道哪个国家的申

if you don't, then apply swiss tourist visa(not switzerland is not part of
Schengen) so you have to apply swiss visa. My work visa took 1 month. I
would assume your type won't take that long.

This is NO LONGER the case since Switzerland started to accept Schengen Visa.
This is logical b/c there is no more border control btwn Swiss and the
neighboring EU countries and thus Switzerland cannot simply allow US green
card holders to enter w/o a visa! You should check the offical rules and not
the old rules from other websites.

，要不就不给visa（我现在在美国的保险本来是cover在全世界各地医院看病的，但是
就是不包含repatriation，schengen visa要求里面确实专门提到了这一项）
于是就不得已买了一个符合规定的旅行保险
结果今天去拿visa，换了一个领事，二话没说直接就给我visa了，保险都没管我要（虽
然我傻乎乎的递给他了）。
想问一下大家，在德国机场入关的时候，需要不需要出示保险有关材料？或者办居住证
的时候需要不需要保险的证明？
既然那个领事都没想要，我有点想把之前买的那个旅行保险给退掉（就算要治病我现在
在美国的医保肯定就够用了，而且当时买这个旅行保险选的deduction是1000USD，压根
就没想着要用它）
不知道我现在退掉这个旅行保险算不算cheat..

They did not let me provide any prepaid envelope.
