，而且是 Real Time 的 System。 会自动采集数据，然后放到 Risk Management 里，
然后自动打分。如果分值低了，就会自动 Alert 。。。 Blah Blah Blah 然后就领导

capital modeling, data pull/mining.蛮喜欢job profile的，觉着对职业发展也不错
，但location比较农村，pay也比较低。
2 欧洲大银行做credit card risk analytics.地点在纽约，pay比1要高很多，但是对
继续做信用卡兴趣不大。但考虑在纽约，不知道以后换行业跳槽是不是机会更多些。

没有走，给我的rating还是不错的。后来2月份他走了。
组里有人换到另一个team, 我就申请了那个高一级的职位。
我的老板职位经过内部和外部招聘，最后给了另一组的老印，其实他根本不懂我们组做
的东西。因为公司问题，市场上也招不到人。
组里还有个女老印，现在这两人一唱一合和很不待见我。
我干的活很重要，但是整个公司从09年一直走下坡路，本来有两个portfolio, 现在关
了一个，公司被集团要卖掉但没有买家。我前老板也是另谋高就，知道公司是不行了。
一个月前他刚上任，我告诉老印老板，我申请了这个职位，但他迟迟不给我，昨天我又
问了他，他说正在收集resume,月底会定下candidate.我能感到，他不想给我。从年头
到现在我心情起起伏伏，现在很沮丧。
要是不给我升职，大家一定会劝我走，但是我有以下考虑。
好处
1. 公司离家近，附近我行业的工作不多
2. 做的东西是我喜欢，擅长，有passion的 risk modeling, scorecard
development

望大家都借我前车之鉴，烙印就是我们职场的绊脚石，珍惜生命，远离烙印。
事情是从年初3月份说起。我前老板走了，他曾给我的升职承诺也成泡沫。
在公司面试新老板人选时，我最关心的是新老板会不会给我升职，因为老板走了之后，
有一人离职，一人换组，有职位空缺让我可以升一级。五个人的组，对业务和技术最熟
的就是一女烙印和我了。
结果，新老板是我最最 不想要的 内部提拔的一烙印，他根本不懂我们这组做的东西，
当CRO宣布时，还特意关照大家要给他足够learning curve时间.
我可能是有点着急，想尽量落实我升职的事情，所以就在他上任第一周就和他谈我升职
的意愿，他说对我不了解，要从市场上收集candidate，然后才能做决定。
因为我正在开发一个统计模型，这是他非常想学的，有一次他让我周三来教他，一般我
周三在家工作，所以就没有答应。他还想从我手中拿去一个scorecard自己做，我拒绝
了因为这是我的Project，他作为老板怎么可以一开始就拿走手下人的活呢。
