这是一本书，《America Alone》 的读书笔记。作者Mark Steyn是美国保守派，支持共
和党，支持伊拉克战争。我发此读书笔记并不表示我赞同其观点。完全是开卷有益，美
国右派的思想，对大多数中国人来说是陌生的。但我的确认为作者所讲述的问题是真实
的而且是严重的。我理解这本书最主要的思想并不是人口，或者穆斯林，而是西方文明
的衰落。对于欧洲福利制度，社会民主主义，这一套东西，读了此书我们会有一个
second opinion。对于美国为什么允许一般人持枪之类的问题，我们也会加深一点认识
。全书涉及中国部分很少，版主们不必担心。
我写读书笔记的原因：
1。就好比围棋打谱，是一种学习。总结作者的思想，看清其逻辑脉络。眼过千遍，不
如手过一遍。
2。以后查找什么事实，观点方便。
3。发在网上可以跟网友们一起讨论研究，比自己看书有意思。

所以人类社会的理论平衡点就是社会主义制度。（这种制度介于封建制度跟资本主义制

%缩小到刚过20%，穆斯林世界总人口则从世界总数的15%增长到20%。
1970年穆斯林以外没有多少人拿伊斯兰当个大问题，然而今天它是全球性的
。9/11并不是 "the day everything changed"，而只不过是揭示了早就改变了的世界
形势。这个形势的改变是由三个因素组成的：
1。人口减少；
2。发达西方社会民主国家的不可持续性；
3。文明社会的衰竭。

傍晚6点半从实验室出来，往Sheridan走。在Hancock南边那条路W Forest 等红
绿灯的时候，我已经看到那个1米5左右的小黑孩在看我，只是真没想到他们想打劫我。
当时有4个人等红绿灯，还有一个1.5米左右像是南美人。跨过红绿灯，又跨过
Prentis街口，已经走到公寓楼下时，大约南美人已经拐道走了，于是两个家伙决定动
手。
我突然就被人从后面勒住脖子，由于力量不是很大，第一反应我还以为是住在
楼里认识的中国人开玩笑，于是没怎么反抗。直到我外衣的帽子被他往前按（冬天，把
衣服带着的帽子拉上了），连眼睛都看不见了，并且在后面打击我的头部，我才意识到
出问题了。
然后就看到一个1.5米的小黑孩跳到我前面，手舞足蹈的，试图伸手。然后就
我稍一用力，尝试摆脱，就被按坐在地上了，失去了用力支撑点。只得用像女子防身术

《America Alone: The end of the world as we know it》
副标题的意思是说"我们知道的这个世界"的结束，西方世界的结束。
此书作者Mark Steyn是美国保守派，支持共和党，支持伊拉克战争。我发此读书笔记并
不表示我赞同其观点。完全是开卷有益，美国右派的思想，对大多数中国人来说是陌生
的。但我的确认为作者所讲述的问题是真实的而且是严重的。我理解这本书最主要的思
想并不是人口，或者伊斯兰，而是西方文明的衰落。对于欧洲福利制度，社会民主主义
，这一套东西，读了此书我们会有一个 second opinion。对于美国为什么允许一般人
持枪之类的问题，我们也会加深一点认识。

这新闻并不稀奇，甚至已经是预料中的事了。
今年大陆四大钢厂之一的武钢，来跟我们企业交流拜访，饭吃了酒喝了话题也开了。
武钢的高阶主管开了自己一个玩笑，其实他们企业现在在养猪，
是的，我没听错，你也没看错，养猪。
原本只是分散风险转投资的企业化养猪一条龙到电宰包装的生产线，
现在变成武钢的主要获利来源。
生产一千吨的钢胚，毛利有几个点？ 3%？ 5%？
生出一千吨的猪到宰掉包装出货，毛利可以有 30%。
养猪比炼钢还赚钱，我也很难相信，但这真的发生了。
(台湾还做啥DRAM/面板，也来投资养猪好啦。)
这些国企风光了几十年，好日子过了好几代人，也该歇了。
勤劳点的话，利用厂房喂鸡养猪种蔬菜也能过日子，可就是好吃懒做等救济。
想继续懒下去就饿死吧。 |
