基本数据
1 day = 24 * 3600 = 86,400 seconds
50 rps = 50 * 86,400 = 4,320,000 rpd （rps: requests per second, rpd: requests
per day）
peak rps 一般要是average rps的4倍
我google出来的数据
需求：
1. 2000年ups tracking system平均一天收到2,000,000个tracking requests,也就是25
rps.
2. 2001年Yahoo和AOL的请求数大概是75k rps 和 58k rps. 不过基本上没多少公司能有
这种规模。
一个professor的网页也就是每天几百个requests.

。这其实是挺好的做法，让双方都有机会多了解对方。
Second interview时，可以看房子了。我知道有人在second interview时就把房子买了

in a southern state. Basically, it turned out that the department extended
the offer to the first choice, but they were worried that the first choice
would decline their offer. So they also invited the second choice (
unfortunately me) for a second visit.

I did better in the second phone interview than the first one.
As it is a senior level position, just one question in second interview:
design a twitter server (service).
Talk about all kind of things from simple to complicated distribute cache.
I did it just for fun, but seems like an onsite is quite possible. Maybe I

义贷。请问second home的 property tax 比 first home 的 property tax 要高吗？

的建议，好像second loan (80-10-10 or 80-15-5)是一个可行的办法。但刚才电话问
了我的bank broker，他说second loan的第二个loan的rate大概要到7.5%左右，这样算
下来是不划算的。他建议做FHA loan，说比secon loan划算。
请问这个FHA和普通的loan有什么区别？
second loan利息能比first loan (现在4.5%-5%?)高那么多吗?
