办理公证认证手续。办理公证认证手续可以理解，但是领馆网站写明要先去secretary
of state办理公证，而secretary of state 又说明了要办理公证的文件一定要原件，
因为办理过孩子的出生证认证，知道secretary of state会把要公证的文件和他们公证
好的签字页装订在一起拿给领事馆认证才可以，可是问题来了，绿卡给他们原件他们也
会给装订一下，才能拿到领馆去认证吗？
有没有办理过的姐妹们，给个建议吧，领馆的电话永远没有人接，也没办法问清楚怎么
办。

在Statement of Information （SI-200）里，要填CEO,secretary, 和CFO.我可以让中
国这哥们当secretary和CFO吗？ SI-200表里要填secretary和CFO的地址，可这两行的
地址格式都没有“Country”这一项，只让填到“State“就完了。是不是对于外国人要
用其他表？

然后还是在Secretary，填好articles of incorporation，寄过去，收到回信就证明公
司已经在州务卿记录在案了。
接着可以去irs申请ein，电话，online和fax都可以，有ssn和itin可以online，立即拿
到号码，但录入irs系统需要两周时间。没有ssn和itin只能fax。
有了ein和articles of incorporation就可以申请bank account了，银行不同，有些还
需要state of information和bylaw。
接着填写state of information，规定谁是ceo，cfo，和secretary，这个需要在公司
注册的90填内提交
然后在BOE申请seller‘s permit，基本上涉及到销售，都要申请permit，然后按月，
季度或者年缴纳sale tax。
然后是各种的license，比如你所在city有规定，就要申请city的business license；
