终于通过的《外国投资风险审查更新法案》（ Foreign Investment Risk Review
Modernization Act， 简称FIRRMA）。国会议员以及政府资深官员都表示，这是为了因
应来自中国的威胁。
特朗普总统8月23号星期四上午会在白宫跟几位国会议员以及内阁官员，讨论已经通过
的《外国投资风险审查更新法案》。该法案要求美国外国投资委员会（CIFIUS）更加严
格审查外资收购美国公司，并对外国投资美国企业提供国家安全评估报告。参加会议的
内阁阁员包括白宫办公厅主任凯利（John Kelly）、财政部长姆努钦（Steven Munchin
）、白宫国家经济委员会主席库德罗（Larry Kudlow），副国家安全顾问里卡迪尔（
Mira Richardel ）等。与会的国会议员包括约翰科宁（John Cornyn）、汤姆卡顿（
Tom Cotton）、鲁比奥（Marco Rubio）等人。
