寄签到广州被退回，要求去成都面签，4月29面签说通过，但是5月3说开始审查，6月19
号做出审查决定，拒签，因为 8 U.S.C. 1182e 的条款。
我妈妈两年前退休，退休前是计划生育局的文职人员，做办公室政策、文档、财会工作
。但是 8 U.S.C. 1182e 的拒签理由是说我妈妈直接参与强制人流和强制绝育工作。
查了1182e，好像很严重，像是长期拒签。可是我们冤枉啊， 她以前来过，没有问题；
她是文职，确实不参与强制人流；而且她已经退休两年；再说我自己就是独生子女，我
们还是活生生的计划生育政策的受害者啊！
真的不知道这下该怎么办了。我把1182e的条款抄下面了。

发帖数: 661 | 23 下午见了D20的议员Bill， 议员先生晚到了10多分钟，见面的时候感觉他很累。整个过
程甚至没有之前约的15分钟，有他只是应付一下的感觉。
谈话中，他完全不在状态，虽然他说完全了解亚裔对此提案的反对的态度，但开始说他
觉得参议院过不了，然后我们告诉他参院过了，现在已经在assembly,他说他take 了一
段时间的leave, 不了解。
然后他说州长会否定该议案，我们告诉他这个可能会公投，不可能被州长否掉，他就说
他需要学习这个议案，再决定态度，然后就不想再谈了。
不知道他是真不懂还是装不懂，整个过程很窝火，准备了一大堆，还没说出来就让打道
回府了。
