一点就是政府要给人民一定的经济保障，换句话说就是要给人民发现金。因为人只有在
解除了温饱的后顾之忧之后才能够解放头脑进行更有价值的活动。当然了他的什么国家

我个人认为如果联邦或州政府法律允许蓄奴，当然违宪。但如果某个个人蓄奴，也违宪

范围了吗？那这个法律本身不就违宪了吗？
至于你说其它宪法条款只针对政府机构，当然没有问题。宪法多半是对付政府的，美国
