大概2,30个。面试Statistician的只有6个人，5个都是同胞。
标准流程，2个case, 1个role play,1个behavioral. Role play就是精华区那个
airline的model,问了下别人也是，很简单。Behavioral也很普通，3个问题，1. How
did you collaborate 2. Example of innovation, 3. How did you learn sth new.
出来后和大家聊case,发现可能case是换新的了，至少和以前完全一样的的case基本没
有。听到的比较类似的是比如C1和walmart合作推出walmart信用卡，问pros and cons,
给了一些条件求break even market share并问是否doable.
我就比较悲剧了，两个case都没见过，第一个是关于debt write-off，比如现在

估计很多agent都说不上来吧。settlement就是我们经常指的closing，就是买卖
双方到title company签署最后的文件，查看总账。
买卖方不需要同时去的，分别去就可以。一般是买方上午，卖方就是下午。
去之前要保证所有该交的钱都交过了，如果还有balance，那就要带上足够
的cash or cashier check。它的目的是把所有的文件过一遍，主要是每一笔钱何
去何从弄清楚。每一笔钱都在HUD－1 settlement statement上面有详细的记录。
HUD（Housing and Urban Development ）它是全美任何房地产买卖or refinance
所必备的文件。它由settlement agent/ escrow officer 准备好，提供给买卖双方
签署。我们有权力在settlement之前24小时内接到document来review。以确保
数字准确无误。当所有款项（loan可以除外）到位，文件签署好，就算settle了！

Group的公司，声称是那部电影版权所有人的代理，发现我的IP在下载那个电影，但是
只能检测到我的ip地址，不知道我是谁，于是发信给charter，让他们转发给我，让我
接收pre-settlement，去他们的网站上（copyrightsettlements.com)交钱（200美元）
，然后他们会给个release。如果过期不交，他们可能会起诉我。
问题是charter不会把我的信息给他们，除非他们去找法院，法院给charter一个
subpoena要求charter把我的信息交给他们，他们才能起诉我。
可要是我付钱，就得在他们的网站上输入我的个人信息和信用卡（只能这样付钱），他
们又不是什么律师事务所，据说就是debt collector，通过恐吓来达到赚钱的目的，让

不然，就是settlement agent提供。lender在closing 当天把钱汇给settlement agent
