過年期間，新聞裡到處都是圓仔的身影。新聞總說「貓熊來自中國四川」，但其實半個
多世紀以前，中國並不擁有現在的四川地區。四川曾是西藏（圖博）的一部分，是藏人
世世代代安居樂業的土地。事實上，貓熊並不來自中國，而是來自西藏（圖博）。
開工之前，我也不免俗地陪著朋友的孩子到動物園看「圓仔」，心中有些感慨。朋友是
從西藏（圖博）流亡出境的流亡藏人，在印度達蘭薩拉和台灣人相戀結婚，在台灣生了
個孩子。流亡藏人想在台灣落地生根，並不容易。為了一張居留證，得不時來回台灣、
印度之間。與此同時，同樣來自西藏（圖博）的貓熊團團、圓圓，卻是在台灣、中國政
府官員的前簇後擁、想方設法（不惜以中藥材的名目進口）之下，登堂入室迎為上賓。
同樣來自西藏（圖博），卻是人熊兩樣情。
但或許是團團、圓圓作為中國統戰工具的政治意涵太過鮮明，許多民眾在媒體一窩蜂跟
進報導之下，對貓熊不愛反憎。厭惡的情緒禍延子嗣，讓圓仔出世沒多久就有了「支那

点击Flag,选择一个This Video is Inappropriate的原因。一般是promote hatrad or
violence。在对话框中给出具体原因，点击Flag this video。
Flag的人多了，Youtube 就会考虑是否将视频撤下。
藏独组织Student for Tibet(SFT)的一个宣传抵制奥运的视频就是这样被撤下的。看这
