公司自己准备了很多东西,专业是敏感,但是避过所有敏感词汇, 问签证官是不是因为这
个原因,他说不是,就是因为之前我是学生签证,现在换成工作了,需要调查,感觉被调查
的概率太大了.说是要2个月,希望可以快些.
收了resume, project description, phd research description,company info
说欧材料都准备很多了,不需要补充,给了一张白条,说让我给公司解释,就是说什么要check大概2个月的意思.
很无奈....

我开始那几天忙，还是老三样．后来，慢慢跟朋友去吃了些地方，都还挺不错的．
先是＂一茶一坐＂，也说不上是个什么地方，好象是台湾口味的，记得去年四月份回去
的时候跟ＬＤ去了一次，那时候没什么感觉，这次回来发现这家已经遍地开花了，里面
吃的，喝的都有，类似上岛咖啡，我跟闺蜜去了几次，味道就算ＯＫ，不过，可以
在里面呆一天，上网什么都行．适合跟两三个好朋友一起去，聊天．估计30-80/人
金钱豹，这个我出国前还就亚运村那一家，１５０／人，现在已经４家分店了，我跟我
妈去的，最新开的也是最大的 |

修饰表面，然后加入Pd NP，我目前还没发现用(EtO)3-Si-CH2-CH2-CH2-SH的。
扩展一下，两种基团各适用于固定什么金属的颗粒？尤其是这几个Pt/Rh/Ir/Ag

竞争，看谁bonding 强，效率不高。用-NH2的话，一般是靠电荷吸附的原理。 |

该可以开出来？ 他后轴两个半轴不是都有分开的离合器做105%的加速？那个105%加速
的clutch的动力传递好像是不受open diff滑动的影响的。所以应该还是软件算法上没
搞好吧。
Haldex估计是我记错了，怎么印象中有的型号的clutch是在open diff后面直接锁半轴
的？

按照haldex的思路，SH-AWD想偷懒的话，恒定加速比+离合器直接锁半轴，省掉后面的
open diff也成。不然空滑的话，锁了半轴的离合还要刹open-diff另一边的轮子。 |

打酱油，聊点技术的。
把sh-awd（老版）的两个多片离合器看作制动器虽然是可以的，但其功用是两个，控制
扭矩传递和起差速器的作用。从机械上说，它们有制动的动作，但没有制动的效果（在
干地上）。
shawd利用overdrive机理来主动分配扭矩到后轮，后驱动轴被overdrive 1.7%（老版的
基本版）。如果把车抬起来，后轮的转速会比前轮快1.7%。但在干路上，车直行的时候
，前后轮的转速是一样的，那个1.7%的转速差就需要被两个多片离合器消减掉。
shawd没有其它的机械结构来做中差和后差。当前后轮（不是前后轴）有差速，或左右
后轮有差速的时候，也是由那两个多片离合器来消减。
多片离合器的压紧力度，决定了有多大的扭矩可以从引擎传到相应的后轮。多片离
合器是锁不住的（在干路上），主片和从片之间的差速也是固定的（车直行），所以说
多片离合器有制动的动作，没有制动的效果，其目的是控制扭矩传递。
老版shawd之所以用行星齿轮组，是为了放大多片离合器的压紧力度（放大倍数是3.6）
