7 iron stable at 150 is pretty good play already, which means your driver
should not be that shabby. It is hard to give up driver or 3-wood. There are
courses that you have to deal with them. Say some holes on a course require
over 200 yard carry over water. Obviously a 7 iron can not make it. I guess
practice for drivers or long woods is still a must to do. |

some swing flaws. Before, I could barely roll the ball to the 230 flag at
our local range, no matter how hard I swung. Swinging with the right
sequence and proper compression of the ball really help my distance. I can
now easily carry that flag if I hit it straight, although I swing hard. It
is a shame that I didn't listen to my coach's advice until recently. It's

I had my experience with different swing weight too. I lost my 8 iron at
some outing. at first, i was thinking to skip 8 iron, since 7 and 9 can
cover the distance anyway. turn out that was a big mistake. After finding a
used (almost new) 8 iron (same MP52) from golfsmith. I realized that club
got different shaft, and other setups. the pro shop told me, that swing
weight is very different and my feeling is different too. Turn out i like

shadow glenn is nasty. I really don't want to come back. 该球场很难，不fair
的难。
circle c so so。
shadow gleen & circle c, 我都曾经是member。 当成为circle c的会员后，我一个星
期后就烦了。该球场在树林里，其实没啥特别的景色。也相对比较平一些。
我个人其实很推荐austin city golf course (jimmy clay, roy kizer, Lions,
Morris)可惜的是，除了jimmy &Kizer， lions — morris 都不在good shape了，因为
city 没钱维护这些球场了。
还有一个就是river side － 以前的austin country club.
喜欢这些球场的原因是：
1）用得着包里得各个球杆，真得是。这些球场都不长，但每个球洞设计很有意思。
2）对于我们这种水平的球员，真得比较合适，

起因是最近在其他站上看到一个vivil的半马汇报，mm提到这里跑版气氛热烈人也好，
于是过来潜水，然后就粘上了。那些个SVM的帖子，看的人实在眼馋，特别我还住的不
远。我跑得不多，先来凑凑热闹，想找个组织，为梦想中的明年那个全马做做准备。
说说我的情况，比较shabby。。。我是从小就觉得跑步是很快乐的事，不过一直没怎么
跑，每年加起来，不知道有没有一个１０k。偶尔被拉去校运会跑跑，回来就是一个月
的酸痛。除了出国前那两年被好友带动，跑多一些些。大多时候，倒都有运动，可也是
杂七杂八，基本没怎么跑步。
话说去年年中，突然决定要在还是２字头时跑个半马，被网上金门大桥上跑者的照片所
惑，报了个年底的 US Half，又去roadrunner store挑了双鞋，然后从0开始，跑步。
店员说，鞋子最好300唛或者一俩季以后就换。所以少归少，我一直有记录里程。结果
呢，迄今1年半了，也才让我的鞋子经历了200唛（零零星星不是跑的里 |

PiranhaSP4，HS5和NB MT110，
试了一下，退piranhaSP4，toebox太窄，整个鞋子瘦长，偶的脚胖，比较难过。鞋子很
轻超轻，但是觉得heel高的厉害，跑着很便扭。脚弓部分倒是没有网上说的凸起。整个
鞋子材料用的很shabby，从脚底到脚面都很省材料的感觉，鞋底薄，鞋面就像一层纸一
样。偶为之花了60刀，有点不爽。altra instinct比之量足多了。
肯定留MT110，一脚下去就很喜欢。是偶喜欢的风格，当然比NB730重，但是偶又不跑比
赛，以后在山路上跑需要额外的保护。
HS5，heel有点高，但是没有SP4那么明显，脚在鞋子里很舒服，cushion很多，轻便透
气做工好。就是这个cushion多，让偶有点犹豫，需要路跑一下才能决定。偶去跑跑就
知道了。 |

They both had OK ranking tennis players, maybe in the 30-100 range.
Maybe physical conditions are a restriction, but that ranking is
not shabby IMO. China is like #500+. Chinese male athletes should
have at least the same physical conditions as Japanese or Koreans.
潘兵 was 186cm although he was slower than 私利茶盘。夏嘉平 at 168cm
still could rank #200+.

can replicate the paint job seamlessly. What LZ bought was a shabby
fake one.
I care more about those parameters. Those are the really important
factors that affect how a racket feels. Of course, buying a racket
from eBay one cannot know those parameters, so looking at the paint
job might be the only way.

I think it's a myth that this is a myth. Who that has followed his career
thinks he ever couldn't last 5 ?
He could from the early days.
First time I saw him was 2005 in New York. He won a long 5 set match over
Gael Monfils in round one. Later in the week played a long 5 setter against
Verdasco in round three-- just coming up short. But it was clear this was
