建议看“Healing The Shame That Binds You", 对性格的成因和应对办法都有讲到；
至少可以帮组你认识自己和接受自己。
我觉得他的很多说法很对，看了有豁然开朗的感觉。比如SHAME和GUILT是不同的：
GUILT是说”I DID SOMETHING WRONG; I FEEL BAD ABOUT THAT THING."而SHAME则源于
痛苦的成长经历，是说"I AM A MISTAKE; I HATE MYSELF."他认为许多成年的心理问题
都源于SHAME，诸如忧郁，自卑，孤僻，强迫症，等等；因为SHAME毁灭一个人的自我认

后来世界杯期间我就多次发贴呼吁国内在2018冬奥会的申办上不要随便放弃，我几次都
是呼吁哈尔滨积极申办。后来长春出来也要申办，其实只要国内协调好，也行，只要是
中国城市就好。结果呢，后来很随便的就弃办了。而且堂而皇之给的理由是什么条件不
成熟，设施不够，甚至居然还有说法是冬天不够冷，雪不够，也不知是说的长春还是哈
尔滨，当然最后舆论媒体异口同声的最高调理由是韩国平昌要申办，咱们抢不过。这里
面最关键的就是中国的某些最无耻铁了心的高丽棒子买办卖国贼们，他们被高丽棒子的
收买是全方位，大纵深，和无底黑暗的。北京现代的徐和谊这个杂种卖国贼是一个例子

电影吧。
终于去看了shame。我承认我纯粹是因为花痴才去看这部电影的，主演Michael
Fassbender，因为常常咧嘴大笑被粉丝昵称法鲨。他在无耻混蛋里打酱油时我就眼前一
亮，看了简爱之后爱到不行，史上最帅的罗切斯特了吧。然后是x战警里的万磁王，和
教授基情无限，被迷的七荤八素，然后把他之前的饥饿和鱼缸，百夫长甚至法鲨刚出道
时出演的兄弟连都找出来，全方位观摩帅哥。
shame12月初开始在北美公映，因为导演拒绝删除法鲨的正面全裸镜头，最后被定为NC-
17。法鲨因为这部电影获得今年的威尼斯影帝，英国独立电影影帝，不久前又被金球提
名。shame被很多杂志和影评人评为年度十佳，法鲨的表演也被大加赞誉。有人说今年
最火的两个演员一个是高司令，另一个就是法鲨。搞笑的是Gosling谈到法鲨得到提名
