跟新房也就一样了，当然就没问题了。
问题是有几个房东愿意出钱把房子里里外外全更新一遍的，就算要更新也是能省则省吧
。如果真有几个屋主对房子真有感情，愿意让房子与时俱进的，会拿出来卖吗？会卖个
低价吗？
出去看看，95%以上的百年老房子维护费用都会很高，而一般的买家都会犯低估修理费
的错误。所以我要强调，除非自己懂或者出得起钱找专业团队维护，一般有勤俭持家好
传统，期望找deal的买家还是别碰的好。
就跟买车一样，买得起1965 Shelby Cobra的就不会在乎丢个几万刀作维护更新，想要
找好deal的不会去买20年以上的旧车。这个是life style的问题，不是买不买得起的问

谢谢你对我的理解，我和我老公之间客观地说，我比他生活能力强，这是不争的事实；
但是在精神上他绝对是我的依靠，他那种稳重，“笨鸟先飞”勤奋，“死猪不怕开水烫
”的淡定，“车到山前必有路”的从容都是我不具备的，这也是当年我逼婚的原因；我
自己浮燥，争强好胜，一旦受到打击又会一蹶不振。。。lg的那些优点正好balance我
的这些缺点。而且聪明人我见多了（不夸张地说我从小到大周围都是比我更聪明的人）
大多数人和我有一样的秉性，所以lg这些个性就显得特别吸引人，我不希望天天在职场
和别人竞争回家还要和ld一争高低，太累了。
非常同意“每个家庭都有自己的生活模式”，我们在一起8年中间处了在学校的四年经
历了三年long distance还能走到今天，我想我们俩彼此都明白我们需要的是什么。谢
谢你这么细心体会到我们之间的情趣，我老公不是个“聪明”人，但是我可以不夸张的

the earthquake and remain in SG.
A good headhunter here for quant position, I would recommend Shelby Jennings

order to receive ultra-fast Internet service as well as an alternative to
cable and phone company-delivered TV services.
RST Fiber, a company based in Shelby N.C., plans to offer Internet service

Lake Rd，北上Panorama Rd，西沿Elkhorn Rd开了一圈，包括里面的Simmler Rd和

至于最为动人的山坡花，Elkhorn Rd上，有好几条往北通往Temblor Range的土路，拣
条正对花谷的，用最好四驱，必须high clearance的SUV，开到不能再开，然后hike，
，，最好带上GPS，登山杖一根，午饭和水，胆大心细，敢于大坡直上直下，总能找着
让人WOW，WOW，WOW的大片花。。（非有经验的老hiker不推荐，大队人马不推荐）

发帖数: 7034 | 40 今年似乎已经是公认的野花小年，连野花“大户”Carrizo Plain也未能例外。不过正
所谓百足之虫，死而不僵，即使在这一般的年成，Carrizo Plain仍然维持着其贵族身
份和地位，傲视同侪，延续辉煌。
驱车北上，转入58后，路边忽见一片紫花，还以为是Lupine，停下细看，却是类似Chia
，但比一般看到的花型更大更漂亮。
和白色daisy夹杂一起，这一片也蔚为可观。
意外吃了这道开胃小菜，让我们对平原里的花况也更加期待起来。下了58，转入
Elkhorn Rd，直奔Temblor Range。花况果然一般，山坡不是明艳的一片片，而是夹杂
着褐色的斑驳，一点也不吸引人。
来回1.5mile的探索，还是找到些不错的点。

继续沿Elkhorn向东，这片看似仍然只是褐黄斑驳的山坡，已经被我们敏锐得看到了大
片的紫色和几抹橙色。停车，再探。
