小女还未到高中， 在俱乐部游， 所以不知道高中泳队比赛的情况。早知道早安排，我

COURSE.

早上8点开始.有点晚,天气不好,有82度,热了些.
有谁明年COUNTRY MUSIC MARATHON感兴趣?那个RACE规模很大,很多人,应该更有意思. |

的也交税。医学院研究水平应该不错的，具体不详。黑人很多，主要在downtown和
midtown，burbs就还好。（不用那么怕黑人啦，没这么恐怖。）
孟菲斯房价超便宜，冬天好过，夏天太热。还可以吧。 |

再往前面走走，SOUTH GERMANTOWN和WINCHESTER以东就是SOUTHWIND，还可以，不算很
乱。
至于房子，那必然不用说，GERMANTOWN, CORDOVA, COLLIERVILLE是最好的。LAKELAND
也不错。 |

我的爱车， 08年的Mustang V6，这台车是我人生第一台新车（之前还有台练开车的老
坦克92年
Nissan maxima,开了半年不到就换了mustang），记得第一次对Mustang有印象在电影院看
will smith的 I’m legend，那个时候的我被那台红白相间Shelby GT500拉风的外型所
吸引。
后来就在网上做了点Research，发现V6的版本才2W刚出头（后来才慢慢了解到动力那么
不给力，0-
60都快接近7秒了），本来有点想买350Z，但是只有2座，感觉太小不方便，相比下
mustang至少后
面还可以坐2人，当时还是高中生的我，对车是一窍不通，想想为家里省点钱，mustang
又比较帅，

fastball backed up late in the season, and wasn't the same pitch that made

OH NO! 我拍第二周碰上同区对手大鱼，一场恶战，我拍现形。
（一）以史为鉴，可知兴替
凭着对方最后关头射失的一个飞狗，拍子侥幸拿到了赛季首胜。就这样一场心惊肉跳的
胜利，居然立刻有ESPN的大嘴开始叫嚷16-0，这个台的名字果然很有自知之明：S是
STUPID的S，P是STUPID的P。
反观大鱼，做客全联盟主场第一的世纪链，只因自家踢腿射失一个cheap shot飞狗，才
以两分惜败。这两个错失的飞狗，包含多少偶然成分，令人唏嘘。
按照橡总书记的指示，拉斯维加斯赌场安排的上狗陷阱，历来总能赚得钵盘满满。这次
显然也不例外。
更何况，在大鱼和拍子之间，谁是上狗，要问问历史才行。
过去的三个赛季里，拍子每年都会输给大鱼，对大鱼的最好赛季成绩不过是一胜一负而
已。这是事实，绝非捏造。
而且，越是关键场次，拍子越是输得丢人 ----

东方红，太阳升，法空迎来了丹泽东。
既然写的这些人，有必要比较一下2014白头末年和现在的人员组成。
防守组首发除了两个CB Trufant和Alford外（Trufant还躺在IR上），全换了。除此之
外当年的防守组留到现在能上个打个轮换的也就那么三两个，包括比马软还老的巴比诺
，可见防守出身的白头都攒下了点什么家底吧。
进攻组除了马软胡里奥就是两个T留下了，之外就是FB DiMarco还在TE Toilolo还能轮
换上。那年是Freeman的新秀年没啥闪光点，小香来了以后才爆发。
要盘点所有留队人员那还有特工队的P,K,LS,PR都留下了。我空所有QB P和K都叫Matt，
以后想入伙先改名。
就这些，百废待兴，进攻组有完好骨架，防守组基本是推倒重建。
亮点来了，看看这一年的新秀，保证所有人流口水

人，每天也就八百卡的摄入。
真心不建议平常人搞，这个主要是bodybuilder用。我家小白哥参加bodybuilding比赛
的时候，就是跟着shelby starnes做的carb cyclying，效果是好，但是食谱控制不容
易，如果不是要刮油刮到bodybuilder的地步，真的没有必要。一定要弄的话，看这个：

REI is 2 hrs round trip, so I thought that maybe I could put the
leftover fleece from the pot poach project into use. Luckily, a quick

G37S coupe挺不错的.不过外型也算不上太风骚. 如果你是为了XB那就更不要了.
另外4万能上裸版的boxster了吧. porsche的标+敞篷,应该能满足风骚的需求 |
