最近这个事情进展了两个星期，我跟着开了两次会。三哥好像拉了非常多的人进来，他
通过视频给我们介绍了自己一个律师朋友，是个美国白人在湾区工作，说也会进来，还
要说潜在的合作对象有一个韩裔女的，也在湾区。目前我还是什么也没干，我觉得三哥
的路子大概是现在利用我第一可以在我的老板面前当个掩护（关于伪装成科研项目），
第二是逼着我赶紧想个showcase那种东西。核心的内容我至今完全没碰，此外我也不特
别熟这些big data的东西
我现在打算跑路了，感觉整个事情很不靠谱，三哥也没拿我真当合作伙伴，看这个阵势
估计我不走他也一脚踹开我。
不过整个事情上，我觉得自己真是PhD读的太geek了。那天跟律师视频，三哥和律师俩
人天衣无缝地互相拍马屁吹捧，我则显得非常不自然。 |

同时,如果在专业杂志的增刊上发表的,也把数目算在你的Publication中.
但举证一定要到位______充分利用会议主办方网站上的东西,比如:多少人,来自多少个国家和地区的专家参加,入选的标准有多严格,X年X月X日第一夫人或那位类似的要人曾经在这个科学年会的开幕式上讲话,呼吁什么.......

的行业EE, 文章的 abstract 只的是 一个段落， 150字。conference 的投高最少4 到
6 页 （journal 8 to 12 pages），我门的conference presentation 往往是present
接受的4 到6 页的文章，大约20，30 分钟。不知和大家说的conference abstract是否
一会事？
申请里也常说 "Dr. xx has published 3 journals and 12 conference papers...".
Most authors have much more conference papers than journals.
Another question is related to the claim of "science or art showcase" in

你那几个award应该可以直接用，看起来挺强的了。
你有那么多的展览，Evidence that your work has been displayed at artistic
exhibitions or showcases 应该也够了。
如果你只当过一次评委，judgement不太够,除非这个比赛真的是世界顶级的
推荐信和受邀展览可以用来contribution
看起来你case挺强的了，eb1a应该问题不大，只是艺术类比较冷门，版上能得到的模版
和其他帮助比较少。

申请人从事表演艺术(不是绘画、雕塑之类的实体艺术)，但有重要演出经历。
想 claim “Comparable Evidence” 作为第三条证据。
提交的“Comparable Evidence” 将对应 8 CFR § 204.5(h)(3)(vii) Evidence of
the display of the alien’s work in the field at artistic exhibitions or
showcases. 很显然，这一条是专门给搞实体艺术的人留的。
不知是否可行？

(vii) Evidence of the display of the beneficiary's work in the field at
artistic exhibitions or showcases.
首先，问了好几个律师，有的说行，有的说不行。
然后也google了，有从事performing art 的人cliam这一条，确实曾收到rfe said
this category tends to "apply to those only in the visual arts not
performing arts"。但是，同时也有案例说claim这一条成功了，并且说USCIS (AAO)
appeal case example 中就有明确的解释这一条适用的occupation。
实在是混乱，所以想找到官方的司法解释才放心,不想碰运气。 |
