和俺感觉差不多
俺就看一个，老头，六十多，看了快两年了。保险付点，自己付大头。如果省下看心理
医生的钱，可以每周出去吃两顿好的。有时不想见医生，就这么干，用吃抗抑郁，同样
的钱花出去，心情会变好点。
所以生病最花钱。
总的来说，看shrink的钱花的还是值。中间好好坏坏，但现在的确好了很多。没看
shrink,有些想法可能一辈子改不过来。看shrink的效果是有了调节能力。以前抑郁的
时候，完全无法调节。所以和吃药一样，学会了点对抗抑郁的东西，不会光挨打不还手。
以前在国内也看过一个，完全不喜欢，看了几次也没啥效果。伊说的东西或许有一定道
理，可是俺嗤之以鼻。而且那时第一次去就让我做量表，做出来啥没有，就有点焦虑。
其实那时可能也已经抑郁了。国内国外诊断标准好像也不一样。国内得有自杀倾向或
bipolar这类才往抑郁诊，国外好像是个人就说抑郁。（最后两句话是俺的bias。）
国外这个shrink，啥表也没让俺做过，说他不信这一套。俺之所以信了伊的诊断，是抗
抑郁药下去的确好很多。吃了两三个月后基本完全正常了，就像bigberger说的觉得自
己真tm像个人了。有好坏比较才知道什么 |

Acronis Disk director 不能用，以前vista可以用，partition magic更不能用。
windows 7
自带的可以shrink， 但是可shrink的太少了，C盘只能搞到140G

这个是观俺娘有感。俺曾经问过医生俺娘是不是有大病后的posttrauma，医生们持不同
见解，但是基本认为脑血管疾病后导致depression是有一定可能的。至于心理医生么，
国内俺们那个小地方没法找去。大医院的医生很牛地给了俺几个药名，处方都不用，药
店随便买去。俺搞了一盒，没敢给俺娘吃。
如果有shrink呢，俺娘不至于一劲儿钻着出不来；伊要能转转弯，俺爹也不至于跟着攒
一肚子苦水；俺爹攒的苦水呢，只有接到俺的电话可以缓解缓解。。。
所以结论是，大家最好都去见shrink... |
