了。可是因为prenatal Vitamin不能和钙片一起吃,(身体每次吸收不了太多的钙,建

Zellers , 我要买牛奶,2% 的,可是一看,除了 Skim(脱脂) 和 Homo(全脂)的,别的什么都
没有。好像今天的霉运就是从这里开始了。我在一大堆的Skim当中找到了一桶 1% 的,还好,就买它
了。
买牛奶的地方离收银很近,我就近交款,期间与收银闲聊,怎么今天的2%和1%的牛奶全卖光了?她
说,Skim的好呀,健康呀,2%的明天才到货。交完款,我想那就先放到车子上吧。出门就直奔停车
场,平常习惯走旁边这个楼梯的我,今天阴差阳错地按了一下电梯,电梯门就打开了,我走了进去,
从此就演绎我的惊魂故事......
天煞的,通常只是按了一下电梯,电梯门不开,我就走旁边的楼道。现在既然一按就开,那我还不进
去呀?我还拎一桶牛奶呢。

岁,四岁,六岁的孩子不能一概而论,同年龄的每一个孩子也可能不同。有的事情有明
显的立现的后果,可以让孩子尝试和学习做决定。不是所有的事情都如此。
比如炸薯条不是健康食品的概念我女儿快四岁才建立起来,之前我肯定不能由着她随便
吃。到她接受了这个道理也就不老想吃了。现在小学中午饭有提供各种牛奶。我告诉她
skimmed最健康。她一般就买skimmed。偶尔她试试草莓口味的,回来自己告诉我那不是
真的草莓的味道,一味的甜,以后自己再也不要买了。(还可以教育孩子很多东西实际
上不象看起来那么美好。)
对于需要长期坚持的习惯,小时候养成好的生活习惯,同时灌输健康养生的道理,大点
就能自己作出判断。其他事情也是类似的。 |

正哈。。
首先,有两种激素:雌激素(ESTROGEN)和生长激素(HGH,IGF-1)。
前者不好,催熟致癌。是脂肪性质的。吃到肚子里消化走肝(?),变成小分子脂肪酸
,一般情况下就不在有激素作用了。但有些雌激素,雄激素经过化学合成,能屏蔽肝的
消化,还能经过口服起到激素作用,比如健身届常用的anabolic steroids和避孕药等等。
牛奶里天然含有这个东西。这个东西肯定不会象避孕药里的成分那么高效,消化之后是
不是还起激素作用也很难讲。人喝牛奶不是也喝了上千年了么。
但有人说现在的牛奶含雌激素比从前多,这主要是因为牛怀孕的后期分泌ESTROGEN更多
,而现在人们在牛怀孕的后期还挤牛奶。(说蒙古人牛一怀孕就不挤牛奶了。)注意:
此事跟有机无机没关系。有机奶要是怀孕时挤,也是ESTROGEN超高。要想ESTROGEN含量
低,要SKIM milk, SKIM的无机奶也比2%的有机奶含ESTROGEN低!!

道 还是很容易尝出来 但是以HORIZON为例 Organic都是做的UHT的
现在南加州销售的每个品牌的牛奶现在都有至少全脂跟Skim两种 多数也有2%
比较神奇的是很多人觉得UHT不是煮牛奶的味道 而是一种跟好的风味 我本人就是更喜

可是年龄越大,吃的不变,但体重却越来越高。
这次想比较郑重的减肥,目标是减到110磅。开始125磅,5个星期减了4.5磅。但是从两
个星期前好像变得越来越难减。
week 1, lost 1 pound
week 2, lost 1.25 pound
week 3, lost 1 pound
week 4, lost 0.75 pound
week 5, lost 0.5 pound
现在每天热量用lose it控制在1100卡一下,而且从week 4开始一天运动30分钟,run
4mile on cross trainer. 2 days in week 4, 5 days in week 5.但是效果根本不好
。
我很想每星期减1磅,但是不知道还能怎么控制,或者加运动?
想请问这里的高手,能否指点一下我的饮食和运动,怎么才能快点减到110 pound??为
了减这几磅已经很痛苦了,想肉想的不行。
上班族,天天坐电脑前,163cm, 35 years old.体质很不容易出汗。是不是我的体质很
难减啊?

EP (slope 10 resistance 12) 45 min
rowing machine 15 min
今天感觉不太舒服,可能是昨晚没睡好,起得也晚。下午乱七八糟吃了一堆东西,晚上
运动完感觉浑身乏力,饿又没胃口,搜罗了一点感觉比较干净的东西填填肚子了事。
晚上还要继续干活:( |
